KFC — Restaurant in Montgomery

I went to this location earlier today and the people working the drive thru had attitudes but I didn’t let it bother me. I went this evening because my son wanted some after work and he placed his order online on the way there. Well when we got there, they once again had attitudes at the drive thru and this was a different shift, and they wouldn’t give us the order saying that they couldn’t verify it when we were clearly showing them the confirmation email and the order number. I left and came back so that they could either cancel it or make the order and my daughter went inside with my son and they stated that they wouldn’t do either one, they were rude, the manager never identified herself and one of the employees thought she was going to hit me, as well as the large black male that was working there. Went there tonight and ordered a 2 pc original. Had to wait 16 mins for the chicken. Once I received it I noticed I was missing my biscuit and the chicken was extremely too small and crispy not original. So I went back and asked for the manager. I was then told that’s how the chicken come and that they’ve been out of biscuits for 2 days. I said no one informed me of that. She said the sign is on the drive thru board. And that they was out of chicken for tonight. I said so u only cooked 2 pieces for me. She said we sold it all. I only seen one truck after me. I will never ever eat at this location again. Came by late after an airport pick up. The service was so great period. I thought people would have been cranky, tired and ready to get off. Instead they gave service with a 😃 smile and cooked fresh chicken of 20 pieces with sides. And oh my goodness I never tasted lemonade like this before it was to die for. I have never left a tip at a fast food drive through window but this time it was deserving and I gave it With a smile and gratitude. Kudos to KFC on Western boulevard in Montgomery Alabama.
