If I could give them less than a one 🌟 rating I would👊👿👊 I had the worst experience I have ever had from any restaurant in my life!!! I went through the drive thru at about 11pm Saturday night. The Manager on duty working drive thru was slow as could be and seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. Then when I got to the window of the drive thru he reeked of weed and was obviously high. Anyways he left 3 major iteams out of my order, after nearly a 15 minuet wait in the drive thru. I called the store 12 times once I got home and seen I was missing food iteams. No one answerd at all after 12 trys! I returned Sunday afternoon with my receipt in hand. The general manager then told me she would not remake my food because I did not call!!! I told her I did and no one would answer. Then showed her my call log on my cell phone of the 12 calls I made to the store with no answer and about my experience! Then, she still refused to MAKE MY FOOD I PAID FOR AND NEVER RECEIVED! I FEEL ABSOLUTELY ROBBED BY THEM! The store is completely filty and the staff completely rude and incapable of doing their job especially the manager that was so high he didn't even know what he was doing. Read moreMy family came through the drive through and said we'd need a minute because there are 5 people in our car, 2 of whom are disabled people who CANNOT WALK. The lady over the intercom said "Were on a timer so big orders need to come in" and refused to take our order at the drive through. Yes, we did tell them that I have terminal cancer and can barely walk. I was able to get inside the restaurant where my daughter sat a chair in front of the registers so I could sit down. A worker who was not the woman helping us originally came out and asked the woman helping us if she would like her to take over the transaction, after she saw me sit down. Which she did. We ordered two items one of which was a CHICKEN quesedilla. I then asked "Where are the chicken taco's?" while looking at the overhead menu. The woman then said "Oh, we can't do chicken but I can do beef instead" after I've already ordered a chicken quesedilla?? My Husband has Alfa Gal and CANNOT eat beef (mammals) at all or he will be in the hospital asphixiating within hours. I do understand it's their job but I had already ordered a item WITH CHICKEN. Read moreI had the worst experience here at taco bell. I order 3 nachos cheese fries box for my kids. And when i get to the window to pay, i ask the young lady by the name of Aliyah could she charge me for two large sweet teas. She said that she cant do add on at the window. I asked her why, she said that her manager told her not to do add ons at the window. I told her that im not asking for more food to be made im only asking to fix two sweet teas which is right there behind you. She said again i cant do add ons at the window there is other people behind me. So i asked for the manager she did not get the manager at all for me she started talking to the cook and they both look back at me at the window. I waited 5 mins at the window for them to prepare the food, the food wasn't even boxed up. Im just thinking to myself well this would have been a good time make the tea, but wasn't able to do add ons at the window for two drinks. That really made me upset. Then when i finally got the food, i ask for a bag to place the food in so it will not fall over while im driving. She told me that they didn't have any bags. OMG!!!
