I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, I ordered my food a certain way and they gave it to me the way they wanted to make it.
I took my sandwich back from the online order to get a refund in the store and as soon as I walked in and told the girl my problem she got an attitude and asked me for my receipt, why would I come in without a receipt is the question that I ask her because it made no sense if I wanted a refund is common sense that I would have a receipt. I show her my receipt and then she proceeds to tell me when Iām off the clock so somebody else would have to take care of you, why would you even address me. If youāre not even on the clock that makes no sense. The experience I had at the subway today was terrible, are used to work at Subway so I know how the food is supposed to be made in which in my case in probably other peoples cases they donāt make the food like theyāre supposed to and then when you have an issue they give you attitude instead of trying to make the situation right. Employees that work for these restaurants feel to realize that the customer is always right thatās the way the saying goes, but anyway if I could I will give this restaurant zero stars but Zero stars...

I have been in here multiple times and not once have a had even close to good/proper customer service. I have seen three different womem that work here and they all have worst attitudes on the planet. I have been rushed, sighed at, and questioned. My particular issue with my recent visit was as follows. I was standing perfectly far enough away from the counter to be able to take my time reading the menu. She kept asking me over and over again if im ready to order. When I was finally ready order she began speaking to me in a very low voice while looking up and rolling her eyes. When I asked her to repeat what she said she talked to me like a was an idiot. When I told her I wanted mayonase on my sandwitch, she said they are out up front and she would have to get some from the back. She treated the situation like it was the end of the world and stomped her way back there while sighing heavily. When I got to the register she slung my food towards me and walked away without saying thank you, see you again or anything of the sort. I will never be going to Subway again nor will I recommend...

I came in around 9-10 am and witness the new Manager Scooter slice meet on a dirty machine with crusted meat on it you can tell itās been left on the machine overnight. So I decided Iāll stick to the cold cuts. The boy asked me what cheese I want, and I looked over and seen white water at the bottom of the pan with lettuce in it so Iām guessing they are leaving water in the bottom of the pans. I donāt blame this on the older employees this started January when the newbs showed up and I donāt really see the females who kept the place clean anymore so if they did quit this place will have roaches soon. My shoes were sticking to the floor by the soda machine, my hubby and I went to go sit down and food was all over the floor with plastic. The smell of this store sometimes smell like weed this store needs to drug test their employees. I think the new manager is taking money that is post to be used for inventory they are now always out of Turkey ,cold cuts, grilled chicken ,and now tomatoes. I feel bad for the original employees they had this place booming and now the new staff is messing everything up. I will not...
