Completely agree with E Jones. Tried calling to place a pick up order for over half a hour but no one answered. Stopped into the store to place the order and the clerk didn’t know where the worker was. She stepped outside to talk to what I assume was one of the managers, who told me it would be an hour before I could get an order as the worker wasn’t feeling well. I totally understand when situations like this come up, but it is that same treatment Ed mentioned where you were treated like a complete inconvenience to them - no apologies whatsoever.
