Completely agree with E Jones. Tried calling to place a pick up order for over half a hour but no one answered. Stopped into the store to place the order and the clerk didn’t know where the worker was. She stepped outside to talk to what I assume was one of the managers, who told me it would be an hour before I could get an order as the worker wasn’t feeling well. I totally understand when situations like this come up, but it is that same treatment Ed mentioned where you were treated like a complete inconvenience to them - no apologies whatsoever. I ordered 2 large pizzas. When I got home I had 2 large pizzas but neither one was what I ordered. I was offered 2 new pizzas if I wanted to go back and pick them up, but I was too tired. So, a free large next time was offered. But I paid for 2 and I tried to eat one of the mistake pizzas but couldn't. It is not one I care for. The pizza guy felt really bad about it. Stopped and got fuel on January 29th. Told the guy at fuel counter that I had the rewards and to let me know when to enter my phone number in. He did the transaction and never gave me the points.
