Diamond Pi Company — Restaurant in Monticello

This was our first time to the buffet since it was bought out, and it wasn't pleasant. When we arrived we had to wait maybe 5 minutes before we were seated, we get up to the buffet and wow, no chicken, only two types of pizza; BLT and meat lovers, not great. We were there for 40 minutes and fresh chicken was never brought out. They had normal sausage pizza at one point but no cheese or Canadian bacon. It's obvious this place is struggling, there were maybe 5 other vehicles there, and for good reason. It's expensive, the buffet is bad, the tomatoes were white, the radishes were brown. Although we have had delivery and it was pretty good. Don't come here, save some money and time, go...

I'm a big pizza fan . AND I'm very picky.past few years I make my home made pizza Until I FOUND Monticello. DIAMOND PI. At first I was expecting to be disappointed. When the pizza got here the delivery guy was nice. The pizza was awesome. The crust perfect.. The sauce was better then any other.and I ordered Supreme.the ingredients We're well distributed.and there wasn't big chunks (Most places.you can tell they just throw on the toppings like they could care less.).it was the best pizza I have had in years Not kidding Oh yea there onion rings Rock also..now I order it Every Sunday Thank...

We were promptly seated at a dirty table and got drinks. We wait an hour for our pizzas and only time server was at our table was when we waved for his attention so we could get refills on drinks. During this, we were hearing someone with takeout asking if their order was forgotten because it was taking so long. Pizza tasted ok, but we got gluten-free and member of our party got sick so there was definitely cross-contamination. All around...
