Dollar General — Local services in Monticello

Where to start. Well the sliding door barely opens, the store is the worst ive seen in years, its a mess and tripping hazards throught. Not very handicap friendly. Looks like the store manager doesnt care like the old managers and employees did. Took 10 mins of waiting to get an associate to come to the register, guess the manager thinks the customer must have to hunt down an employee. Each time that I have been in this store, the people working have been extremely rude. The last time I was there I passed a lady putting stuff on a shelf and asked if she could check me out because no one was up there. Dollar General has been improving slowly but steadily throughout the last few years. If I had to give feedback to the company I'd say take a genuine look at how cheaply made some of your "higher end items" are, because you don't want to become known for that.
