Worst customer service I've ever come across. Gal on the phone yelled at my wife when we called to find out where our online order was. It had been an hour and the online tracker was showing that it was still in the "fired up" position. Then after being yelled at my wife asked the gal for her name and to speak with the manager. The gal on the phone yelled at my wife further for asking this and when my wife asked again she hung up. So I called them back and Adam the manager gets on the phone and I explain the situation and he says well your wife cursed at her and she hung up the phone. I told him that was a lie and he responded to me with, well there is a Cub foods open or other delivery places too. I then asked for his name. I was told I'm not telling you my name. We don't have to disclose personal information. I have worked in customer service for years and you can give out a first name. So I brought that up and he got really quiet before relenting with his first name. We have reported this to corporate and will never order from this store again. Read moreI am mind blown over this Dominos. Never in my life have I had this problem. Two different times, late at night, my partner and I attempted to order. The site repeatedly told us there was a problem, so we assumed maybe we ordered too late. Then Domino’s took the money from our account. At this point I had assumed it’s technologies fault, no biggie. I checked my email and confirmed i got no confirmation number or tracking or nothing. It’s not even like they made it and we just didn’t pick it up because it was a delivery order. The next morning I called the store and was basically told that this has happened many a times before because the night manager likes to deny orders cause he doesn’t feel like doing anything. They even stated that this is not the first time they’ve had to discuss this with this manager before. If you’re ordering late at night just save yourself the hassle and go to cub and get a frozen pizza. Read moreEvery time I’ve ordered from this dominos there is some sort of issue in the process of me getting my food. Whether I place a pick up or delivery order. I’ve placed pickup orders and watched in the parking lot as all employees sat on there phones not working while my food sits at the quality check phase, causing my order to take 20 or more minutes longer. Any delivery order I place takes an excessive amount of time as well, I will no longer be ordering from this dominos, they have taken enough of my time, patience and money. EDIT : After over an hour and fifteen minutes later my food is finally in my hands and they forgot the drinks and silverware.
