Absolutely LOVE this place! We've been there a few times now. Each time the staff greets you. Every time we have enjoyed ourselves & our ice cream treats. When you walk in if you haven't been there before they explain how it works. First, they have more than sundaes, most all ice cream type treats like shakes, etc. Even, yes even treats for your pets! Quick guide is...grab a medium or large size cup. There are several ice cream machines set into the wall with a wide variety of flavors. Choose (if you can decide, lol) the flavor, combo of flavors, or all flavors. The amount of each you want. Next step is all sorts of toppings from the standard hot fudge, caramel, marshmallow, and about 10 more to "stuff" like pecans, strawberries, gummies, about 30. All in the amount you want. Add one, some or all! You pay by weight. That being said I had the smaller of cups, which actually seems to be a medium or large elsewhere and filled it with my favorites, exactly the way I like a sundae and actually paid less for more than other places that seem to skimp on toppings. A plus is also they are Veteran friendly, offering Veterans a 10% discount as well as community friendly offering 10% discounts for showing your receipt from some of the more popular restaurants in Monticello. You can also enter to win a prize by photographing you or your family enjoying (and they will) the ice cream treats. My kids love this place! They have so many flavors of soft serve ice cream to choose from and even more toppings and syrups and sauces for the ice cream! They make good milkshakes as well! The ice cream in a cup is priced by weight and they weigh your cup at the check out to determine what you owe. It is pretty expensive for ice cream here. They also have a freezer with little cups of different varieties of ice cream for $1 and $2 to take home with you for later or they have kitty cups and pup cups which are vanilla ice cream and are their safest recipe for pets. They do have a loyalty program where you get a punch card and for each item you purchase you get a punch and when you get 10 punches you get $5 off your next order. Their milkshakes are a set price but you can choose what flavor ice cream and you can add whatever syrups/sauces and whatever toppings you...

Can't say enough about this place! By far, my favorite of all times. You have the ability to create your own ice cream sundae fantasy. There's other things beside just sundaes too. Several flavors of soft serve ice cream and then, I don't think there's a syrup or topping that isn't available. Put all of it into your cup or just your favorite simple creation. Make it as big or small as you want. Whatever combination you dream of...
