Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Monticello

Extremely disappointed with the service our family received. Once we placed our order with our waitress, (large pizza, the $5 each deal for breadsticks, wings and a chicken Alfredo) we received our breadsticks and pizza and were never waited on again until we were done eating (which we were finally able to flagged down the waitress in order to be waited on). No drink refills and never received or heard anything about our wings and chicken Alfredo. When we asked her about it, supposedly their were issues with the fryer (after I just saw her bring 2 wings orders out to a table near us who ordered after us) and were asked if we wanted to wait for it. We said no because we have two young children and we didn’t want to have to wait any longer. When the bill was brought to us, we were charged $10 for the breadsticks which should have been $5 had they brought us the items we had ordered, which was our intentions in the first place when ordering the $5 items. When I asked the waitress about this she asked the manager and he was unwilling to put the price at what it should have been. I understand that we did not receive those items and would have been charged, BUT we ordered everything based on the $5 each deal and only received ONE of the THREE items ordered. I love the deals there have been in the last few years which brought me back to eating Pizza Hut again but service is becoming terrible. I have had it after last night. So a review is neccessary. After spending 5 minutes on hold I spoke on the phone to place an order told 15 minute wait and the amount for 27 something. We show up intentionally after running an errend so it would be ready and instead 20 minutes later I have to go in to check why my mom was still in there. Couldn't find the order under either name or number because obviously it was never put in. So she walks out empty handed. We weren't going to be able to wait around for it to be placed again but it wod have been nice to have been given a coupon/voucher saying oh sorry about our mistake let us make that up to you since you know have no dinner that was planned. That made a bad day even worse. You have no idea what people are going through and food is seriously so important. Some people do need to eat quickly and not figure out...

Pizza was messed up so we asked for a replacement, no big deal. 20 minutes after they told us they were making the new one, still no update. Called back again and they said the pizza just got out of oven and the driver just got back and would be leaving with the pizza soon. 15 minutes go by and still no pizza. Called back again and the manager said she had a lot of orders and she would send ours once the driver got back. When I asked if it was the same pizza from 15 minutes ago she said NO and that ours just came out of the oven. Mind you, this whole time we only live 2 streets over! Once the pizza is here there’s no heat from box or even steam coming off pizza. This pizza is 20 minutes old and cold!!! WORST SERVICE EVER AND RUDE...
