Been eating here over 20years. Foods always been good and good portions. Understand prices have risen. Shows on new menu. I have never been upcharged for greek potatoes instead of a baked potato with butter & sour cream that comes with dinner..YOU WANT TO UPCHARGE $3.25 FOR GREEK POTATOES? Waitress or MENU should tell me that! Waitress dropped bill on table with our food(as in she's not coming back) did not bring us our ice cream that's supposed to come with dinner as she was gone. Silverware brought to table spoon & knife. Kinda hard to eat salad with a spoon. Waitress gone. I went to get a fork. The food is good as are the portions reason for 3stars. From my experience when you treat people poorly and make them feel ripped off they don't come back. Understand now why place was empty.We will drive to Reynolds USA from now on! I'm a long time customer of this restaurant, but there is one waitress here who is older with blonde hair. She is incredibly RUDE. We have had past experiences with her with the same attitude. But today's experience from her is what is prompting me to leave a review. I ordered a to go order, as I was checking out she says "will you be leaving a tip?" I said no, not today. She responds with, "Oh really? I guess next time I'll be making sure to charge you for your extra cup of ranch." I then responded with, "well if I'm supposed to be charged for it, I'm not sure why you wouldn't have already done that". She then said, "well I thought you were a regular". I responded with, "well I actually AM a regular, my family and I come here quite often." She then just said, "hmm."

I've never in my life had a waitress harass me for a tip the way she did today on a TO GO ORDER. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. From other reviews, maybe she is the same waitress always harassing...
