This place has the most terrible service I have ever had, only 1 girl was nice that I talk on the phone. There were many times that my orders were incorrect, I was never mad and called them to have them fixed since I knew human made mistakes especially in food service and since I also a business owner myself both food and retails. However, today was the worst one, I placed $5 deal breakfast 2 sweet pepper wraps with ice coffee on mobile drive through pick up. I did not get to check the bag and left. When I was driving to Delta to work, I opened it to eat and found only 1 wrap, missing 1 wrap. I called them after , the girl on the phone was nice and told me that I can come back to pick up the missing one. I told my husband to go in to pick up since he would be coming to Delta later. The other girl in the kitchen was so rude, arguing that she was sure it was 2 wraps and I kept doing this. She acted like we wanted extra food like beggar. It was unacceptable and very disrespectful to customer, we are not cheap and wanted your extra food. Why would I lie for just $5, I wanted to get what I ordered and paid for. If you made the order right, we wouldn't have to drive for missing wrap. I used to own a bakery shop myself, donated food to this community and none of my million times that I treated my customers like this. Montrose is a nice place with nice people, I could not believe that girl treated my husband like this (forgot to look her name tag, she said she cooked in kitchen). Review your surveillant camera if you were that sure 07/31/25 @6:40am. I won't return to this place and wrote complaint to Dunkin Survey. To girl on the phone, thanks for being a...
Read moreUh ... This dude, the worker really looked for me on Facebook. I don’t know if he found me through my credit card or my review on Google. He made me feel alarmed, so I had to file a police report. I didn’t call you names or yell at you; I only said, “Oh, idiot, and this is stupid!” It was to the action. (It was because you walked away from me and wouldn’t give me a chance to talk.)
You slammed the door and told me to leave. I felt very humiliated as a customer after you said the bag was not cheap and told me to leave, then slammed the door. I just lost a close family member on Saturday at Montrose Hospital and am still grieving. I only stopped for my sick children who are at home and for some other people. I didn’t go there to look for a fight. All I asked for was to have my donuts put in separate bags so I could hand them out without touching them. I do not need your apology; I only need you to leave me alone. I pray that your heart is more gentle with customers.
Another terrible service experience. The little guy was working and was very stingy with bags. I paid for each donut, so how come I couldn’t ask for them to be in separate small bags? They were for separate people at different places. It was very upsetting to be yelled at and kicked out. He is a mean little creep. The ice cream scoop was not enough for the price, bro.
Terrible service and experience. I asked for Moca with wipcream on top with Carmel and chocolate syrup but nothing was ontop. The donut i ordered was not even right. i couldn't turn back because i was on my way to pick...
Read moreLousy flirting service. Employees stealing from their boss.
I got there more than a half hour before they closed and waited in line for a long time. Then got to the front of the drive-in line to order about 15 minutes before their posted closing time. They put on an automatic voice saying they were closed and ignored that we were even there.
We were trapped in the line and couldn't leave because of the vehicle in front of us was waiting to be served.
We could see a chubby man with tattoos and brown hair flirting with a girl. It took them another 10 minutes to prep two drinks and an ice cream cone for the customers in front of us because she was too busy flipping her hair and laughing at his jokes. I'm not sure why it takes ten minutes to prep two drinks and a cone.
As soon as he passed the last drink to the car in front of us, he quickly retreated back to the girl by the ice cream where they resumed flirting so he could ignore us and avoid eye contact.
We waited at the window for a moment in case they had accidentally hit the button announcing they were closed. We could see piles of donuts still available. It was still 5 minutes before they were supposed to close. They just stood there chatting up a storm with each other, not working, not helping, not cleaning and certainly not looking at us conspicuously waiting at their "service" window.
Whoever is their boss is being robbed by these two who are getting paid to work, but...
