Montrose has the worst Qdoba's ever. I went here dinner time Sunday 6-22-25 & 2 ladies were working there (1 working the food, 1 working the register). I purchased a "naked burrito" like I always do in GJ. The lady scrimped on everything. I ended up with less than 1/2 a bowl of food for $14. It was like pulling teeth to get her to put food in my bowl when I asked for more vegetables. The meat (brisket) was mostly fat so I threw it away. I asked for mild sauce & she gave me hot sauce that was very hard for me to eat. I would never recommend this Qdoba's nor will I ever eat here again. I would gladly pay $14 for a Qdoba meal but I got less than 1/2 a bowl only worth $6 at the most. Not enough for dinner to feed a child let alone an adult. I go to Qdobo's in Grand Junction (Clifton or 12th Street) & they give a good portion of food & fill the bowl for $14 & they give me mild sauce. Montrose does not know what they are doing & it's the worse place I have eaten at in a very long time. They deserve this negative review. Don't waste your money here. I would give them a zero...
Read moreI can't recommend ordering through the app, at least not at the Montrose Qdoba. I've received a number of inaccurate app-placed orders over the years, including the last two.
Last time my bowl order was missing guacamole...this time I peeked inside to make sure they'd remembered the guac and, satisfied, headed home. Alas, when I dumped my order in a bowl, I discovered that there was no rice...and yes, it's on the receipt.
Now that they no longer offer impossible bowls, there's decreasing incentive for me to order. If and when I do order, I would go into the store to make sure all the ingredients are added...and in the end, I suspect that's their preference.
FYI I previously called the store after receiving an inaccurate order and could sense that the guy on the other end really didn't care and did not offer any resolution. That being said, the employees I've encountered there are typically friendly and hard-working (shout out to...
Read moreFood would get 4 stars, if they still had diced red onions, but they decided on pickled onions, instead, so… staff is polite and friendly, too, but today, one of my servers failed to listen and follow my instructions; specifically, I asked him to go lite on the cheese, which he did, but then he decided to put a lid on my bowl. I told him I didn’t want a lid, and his response was that it was for the register operator, so she would know what to ring up. He then put MORE cheese ( which I didn’t want, as I’m sensitive to fair products) on top of my guacamole, presumably so it wouldn’t stick to the lid that I also didn’t want. Wasteful and pointless. He was friendly and polite, but… Am I the customer???...
