If I could give zero stars I would! I have never had such terrible service at any sort of fast food restaurant as I had with this sonic. I placed a simple online order, arrived to pick it up at the exact time it was supposed to be done, checked in through the app and gave my stall number, they were busier than usual so I tried to give the benefit of a doubt of having to wait a little longer for my order. After 20 minutes waiting and not being served, watching all the other vehicles that had arrived after me receiving their orders I decided to push the little red button for assistance. One of the girls answered, I explained I was there to get my online order, she confirmed my stall number and name and said they would have it out as soon as they could. I thanked her and waited another 10 minutes, 30 minutes total I have now been waiting for 3 slushes, 3 jr burritos and a milkshake!! There was literally no other cars besides a few including mine by this point and I still have not been given my order, so I push the little red button again and get a different girl, I asked for a refund and said I had been waiting 30 minutes and have not received it, there was a long pause before she said they would refund the money (still waiting to see said refund). Not even an apology for me waiting, nothing!!! Read moreI go here quite often to get drinks because I enjoy how they taste. However, the staff are almost always the opposite of friendly. I go here several times a week sometimes and almost every single time I am met with very rude staff and I once was even rudely interrupted and cut out over the drive thru while asking a simple question, so I then had to place my entire order at the window with a man who at least was kinda nice. Once there was not a single customer there besides me and had to wait at the window for 10 minutes for a cherry limeade. They often get drinks wrong here too. Usually when I order a slushie with nerds they put barely any nerds, and when I order it with extra nerds with hopes of getting a good amount I'm given even less nerds, and if I order specifically with "extra extra extra nerds" to try and get there attention that hey I want more than half a scoop of nerds in my drink, then they fill the entire drink full of an overwhelming amount of nerds. Pretty pretty if you ask me. I love sonic for who they are and what their drinks taste like, but don't ever come to this one if you want even decent customer service or quality.
