I go to sonic multiple times a week and have started having issues that are ridiculous to say the least. I have given the restaurant multiple opportunities to fix their problems and they continue to not fix them or make it worse. The staff is completely rude when you mentioned there’s a problem with your order or don’t pick up the phone at all. I have had HAIR in my drink MULTIPLE TIMES NOW. You get up charged for adding items like extra Strawberry that you just won’t get in your order when you pay for it. I was told I had to pay for a new drink when there was hair in it. In the pictures is hair in my drink twice. The first one I got through the drive-through and the second was remade to have no hair. I had to pay for the second drink with hair in it. I bought two drinks no refund with both having hair. A shake I paid for extra strawberry in and barely got any. As well as a coney with extra onions and got none. I will say they used to be amazing and I would never have any issues. But over the last couple weeks, they have definitely gone downhill.

Our food was pretty good. My boyfriend had the footlong coney with onion rings and I had the popcorn chicken with fries. Most of the food was hot and tasty. My chicken could have gone a little longer in the fryer but it was cooked through. It wasn't as hot as I would have liked it but still good. My boyfriend decided he wanted to eat inside the little dining room. I didn't know there was a dining room. All of the other locations I've been to only had outdoor seating or you sat in the car. It wasn't filthy, but it also wasn't clean. The floors were sticky in places and the tables needed wiped off. The ladies restroom was in ok condition but my boyfriend said the men's restroom was terrible. The guy that brought our food to us nearly slipped and fell going back to the kitchen side. We suggested they clean the floors and put up the caution floor sign but he dismissed us. Be careful if you decide to go inside during wet weather.

I don’t normally come here but it’s a hot day and I wanted a limeade. I also was considering buying some popcorn chicken. I asked what the smallest size of popcorn chicken they offered.. (meaning, about how many pieces come in the small size) and the guy taking my order rudely said “the smallest size we have is a small” …. I get it, I could have worded my question better but when you’re in customer service, it’s no good to be rude. He could have easily asked me to clarify what I meant instead of trying to make me feel dumb. On top of it all my limeade barely had any ice. Do not recommend and will not be back

If I could give zero stars I would! I have never had such terrible service at any sort of fast food restaurant as I had with this sonic. I placed a simple online order, arrived to pick it up at the exact time it was supposed to be done, checked in through the app and gave my stall number, they were busier than usual so I tried to give the benefit of a doubt of having to wait a little longer for my order. After 20 minutes waiting and not being served, watching all the other vehicles that had arrived after me receiving their orders I decided to push the little red button for assistance. One of the girls answered, I explained I was there to get my online order, she confirmed my stall number and name and said they would have it out as soon as they could. I thanked her and waited another 10 minutes, 30 minutes total I have now been waiting for 3 slushes, 3 jr burritos and a milkshake!! There was literally no other cars besides a few including mine by this point and I still have not been given my order, so I push the little red button again and get a different girl, I asked for a refund and said I had been waiting 30 minutes and have not received it, there was a long pause before she said they would refund the money (still waiting to see said refund). Not even an apology for me waiting, nothing!!! I will NEVER go back to this sonic in Montrose, I don’t understand how you conduct a business like this or how you hire such ignorant employees who treat customers the way I was treated. I go here quite often to get drinks because I enjoy how they taste. However, the staff are almost always the opposite of friendly. I go here several times a week sometimes and almost every single time I am met with very rude staff and I once was even rudely interrupted and cut out over the drive thru while asking a simple question, so I then had to place my entire order at the window with a man who at least was kinda nice. Once there was not a single customer there besides me and had to wait at the window for 10 minutes for a cherry limeade. They often get drinks wrong here too. Usually when I order a slushie with nerds they put barely any nerds, and when I order it with extra nerds with hopes of getting a good amount I'm given even less nerds, and if I order specifically with "extra extra extra nerds" to try and get there attention that hey I want more than half a scoop of nerds in my drink, then they fill the entire drink full of an overwhelming amount of nerds. Pretty pretty if you ask me. I love sonic for who they are and what their drinks taste like, but don't ever come to this one if you want even decent customer service or quality. I'd never come here again if we had a different sonic in town but my options...

Tonight's experience was very upsetting sat for close to 40 mins on a order a head order when we arrived there wasn't a car insight.we checked inabout 10 Mins after we arrived it said foods on the way wsiteranither 10 mins still no food.push the red button get a reply foods not ready and I'll get to you when I can.next thing I know they get slammed waited another ten mins finally food that crammed all in one back there are three of us that order food the bags latterly ripping as it's thrown at my wife no I'm sorry or anything. We check to make sure everything is there of course where miss a whole meal. So push the button again to get the food we purchased and didn't receive asked for a Manager and it's the same lady named Mercedes gives a bunch of attitude is rude dosnt care we waited 40mins and watched all the other costumer get there food when we where first.as where driving off we see her pointing in our direction talking about us.im really not happy and pretty postive we won't return for food or maybe at all This seems to happen too every time this Manager works.any other time it runs smoothly bur to be treated with...
