so the one place I had frequented in montrose has semi gone downhill and was reluctant coming back to coffee traders because of my last experience.Apparently the lady no longer works at this l9cation and the 2 behind the counter today really made me wanna buy a lot more than coffee.The gentleman Robby wrote down his name and also Hannah that were working today so I could include both their names on the review.This place is clean and the 2 employees were the best.They took the time to listen and seemed to genuinely care and most of all they made my drink đŻ% perfect. I hope that when they're due for a raise they deserve it. Thanks again for making a horrible day a lot lighter for me The service I received meant alot I would e left more of a tip but had only so much on my person today.
I am going to add an additional review due to what happened today at the store. I unfortunately had a horrible experience.I had to hurry and fi d my card after getting gas,and said sorry before I came back to get my frozen coffees.The last I don't know how many times I've been at this location,all was great.Today after I came back,I saw my coffee was made different than other times and wrong none the less.All I did was go into the store and asked what was the white fluffy chunky stuff in my coffee and she said it was the powdered creamer they use.Mind you,it's never looked like it did today and I relayed that to her and she was shaking and got on the defensive acting like I came in mad.I did not go into the store mad but I was just curious to know,and she immediately said I wasn't going to be happy even though they had to remake the drinks.Which honestly I did say atleast 3 times in drive thru,no whipped cream on the chocolate one and add whip cream to the coconut one.I understand after being in the food industry for over 30 years stuff happens.I wasn't mad once again.But,the young lady that came to the counter in such a way shaking and defensive that it made me think of the last time I was in this county and that lady had been fired.I even said I wasn't mad but her reaction and how she was just made me not want to ever come to the location or any coffee trader place ever again.They even took my money and tip I left and at this point fine,so be it and i left.I was made to feel like I was an angry person and not worthy of getting something that I've been getting since I started to live here and I did not need that nor expect someone to treat me as such when initially they made the mistake with the coffees. Despite the distance, Hannah and her team always greet customers with warmth and ensure exceptional customer service. Their genuine smiles and friendly greetings make every visit special. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the coffee shop always makes me feel at home, and their professionalism is always top-notch, even during busy times. I've been a regular for some time now, and I often joke with the staff about naming a drink after me, which always brings a laugh. It's the perfect spot to catch up with a friend, enjoy a delicious iced coffee, and relax either inside the cozy shop or outside. The only thing that would make it better is a cozy couch! But recently it has come to my attention that the usual manager working the drive thru lane has been incredibly rude, not only to me, but to other people I have in my life with bad experiences. Coffee Trader is part of montrose and I can't imagine they would close or let their amazing reputation be ruined by the people they choose to run their business. It breaks my heart that it could be like that. On separate occasions, she has been overheard saying she didn't care her customer service was bad and that the people complaining didn't matter to her and many more obscenities. Like I said, it breaks my heart that Coffee Trader's reputation would be ruined by someone who has no care about the things she says and does to customers.
