Here yet again and As Always as I could see as Usual, The whole world seemingly Is Ridiculously in an Idiotic Rush!! This included this Dunkin donuts staff as well as their usual customer base. For what reason people choose to be this way daily and non stop In A Rush I certainly will never Know or understand. It's one of the most Idiotic things people can do on the daily and yet its seen ever so more and more as time passes that they seemingly will never have an opportunity to enjoy, very sad! However, being ridiculously In A Rush daily has its negative effects of all kinds. In this case ,with this Dunkin Staff deciding to engage in it for no apparent or otherwise reason, I received an iced tea that came out to me 5 seconds after I ordered it and the sugar was no stired up as it should have been in the least as I asked for causing a taste I was not looking for, then the 2 donuts I ordered were crushed pretty well as a result of them thrown into bag one with a firm chuck and drop and then a over to the counter faster than a jack rabbit on a date. Now , nothing to do with the review of this Dunkin donuts but just for giggles if u will, another negative effect / consequence of people feeling the Ridiculous need to be in a rush constantly with zero reasons, the other day I'm at a stop sign waiting for traffic to clear so I can turn and the un-aware dummy motorist behind me feels I should I stop and immediately Go, and starts laying on his horn. I park my vehicle right there and get out and approach his ,my arms spread open and out showing my huge size that many gym years and hours have made me proud of, and immediately I see fear fall over his entire face Not realizing that Yes , oh yes indeed, some people are absolutely never in a rush and when you feel that because you are , so to should they be , and try to encroach your idea of running through life like an Idiotic horse tooth jackass in a rush onto them , Yes oh yes indeed some may very well Stop you, Approach you, and ho on ahead and cash that little check you tried to write with insufficient funds. Oh yes! Needless to say nothing happened to the poor weak soul, however he was given a stern talking to and told Stop being in a rush, and you'll be fine. As well his time to move beyond that stop sign added to by another 2-3 minutes. Perhaps he will think twice next time hes in a rush for zero reason on the road and decide not to lay the horn, I hope for his sake and many other SIMILAR motorist out there , because not everyone is that...

Every time I go there in the evening to get a coffee with espresso in it or any kind of latte I get the same exact excuse from the guy that works there the machine Is cleaning. This went on for months. I was originally told the machine cleans from 7 to 730. I went an hour early one time at 6 o’clock and I was told the same exact thing. I don’t know how the machine cleans itself every freaking time I go there or maybe the guy is too incompetent to use it or just too lazy. Are the things when I go there in the evening to get a sandwich I was told they don’t serve any hot food after 6 PM which is unheard of. On another occasion I went to buy three gift cards for $10 each I was told all the gift cards are locked up. and when you order any have coffee with any type of milk in it they skim on the milk big time when I get my coffee it is extremely dark which makes me wonder do they even put milk in there at all or do they just put a few drops? The other thing that makes it really uncomfortable to go there is a kid that works at night he will literally countdown until the time it closes. I was looking at the menu to see what I wanted he proceeds to tell me they close in 10 minutes and then right after that he says oh no hold on it’s eight minutes at that point I just told him to forget it close up the store I left and went to wanna change Ridge Road. On top of that the kid does not wear a mask behind the counter and sometimes you’ll be coughing up a storm which makes me not wanna even go there anymore. This Dunkin is extremely horrible. They close early as well. I don’t know how you run a business if you don’t serve hot foods after a certain time if you tell customers the machines are cleaning when they want a certain drink and they can’t buy gift cards because it’s all locked up. I have an idea why don’t you just shut it down. If you want Dunkin’ Donuts there are other ones nearby that have way better service. The one on Changebridge Road and there are other ones on Rt. 46. Read moreGood morning I needed to launch a complaint about my experience at your store this morning (9/10/25 815 am). While normally your store is excellent, employees are extremely friendly and helpful, and my order is usually processed quickly, that unfortunately was not the case this morning. I on the Dunkin app and was reviewing your current offers and came across the offer for 6 donuts for three dollars with the purchase of a drink. I selected the offer and the app took me to the mobile order screen. I proceeded to order my breakfast and noticed that the offer had not been applied. When I arrived at the store, I stood at the counter to ask about the offer for 6 donors for three dollars with the purchase of a drink (and explain explain That I had already purchased a drink through my mobile order). There was no attendant at the counter. I heard one of the employees (who had processed my mobile order) calling my name. I was trying to get his attention but Evidently, he did not hear me. I walked over by the mobile order counter, that employee told me that I had to ask the boss about the offer. When I asked the employee in charge about the offer, he told me that I would have to wait in line behind two other customers who had arrived after me at the regular counter. Even though I was the first customer at the counter a few minutes before, I proceeded to wait line. I waited in line as the manager in charge was processing the orders as he was taking them. When I got to the counter he told me that I needed to purchase a drink in order for me to receive the offer. Honestly I would have purchased another drink if I had received better customer service beforehand. I place mobile orders as a convenience. I’m normally in and out of the store within 2 minutes; not today. I was in your store for more than 10 minutes and walked away completely unsatisfied. I am a nurse and do understand that things can get a little hectic at times but an I’m very sorry let me see how I can fix this...
