So, I've been coming to this location just about every Friday for the past month or three. Would always park, order on the app, head in, and pick up my meal with minimum issue.
Except today for some reason!
I walked in later than usual after placing my order, so I expect mine to be there. Instead, two smaller orders and soon after an Uber/Whatever-Service delivery bag sat there a while.
After waiting another five minutes, noticing the little bag wasn't picked up, I pointed out to the lady working behind the counter that I had placed a mobile order that someone may have taken (became obvious when the small bag laid there desolate and isolated, wanting to be loved and enjoyed). She had me reset the app and reload the order, probably assuming I didn't know what I was doing (know what happens when you assume, etc.).
Noticing that I was probably right in saying someone took it, she kindly replicated the order on her kiosk to make sure I received my order. But instead of following my order how I had asked (specifically included a "plain" McDouble for a friend), she just went on, took the old order that had been sitting there (it was mildly similar in content), gave me a super microwaved McChicken, and off I went.
Of course, the McDouble was not plain.
This may come off as a petty review, but as a worker, possibly even of a management position, you should at least have the mindset to serve the disgruntled customer, who is always right. Right?

Read moreOver the years I've put up with every item that could be forgotten was eventually forgotten, but due to their location I put up with the nonsense. But I think this is the end this time as they've pushed me too far. I usually visit using the drive thru at least once a week sometimes more and in the morning I usually order the same thing BUT on different days and different times - yet during the past month, on 3 occasions, I'm asked to pull up and park and wait for my order Which consists of medium coffee two creams and the big breakfast with hot cakes. Now today's order was taken around 7:30 (the others were no later than 8:45) but today I was left even longer just seating in my car watching my coffee get cold and worse there no other cars in front nor behind me, so I finally backed up to the window again, and it still wasn't ready. Then a man appeared to be management (had a white shirt on) an was nervously talking about fresh food (it was not) and something about, 'He just came out' What outta the bathroom(?) I'm thinking...Anyway, at that moment my bag was hurriedly passed onto the person closest to me. 'Have a Nice Day!' You just know that's the most wrong thing to say at that point in time as I had realized something is very much wrong, and that something is probably going to continue...
Read moreI was in the area and stopped in to use the restroom and also try to figure out how to use my app in store. I met a super friendly cashier who gave me the best possible customer service. I needed some help on the app and she came from behind the counter and pressed my phone screen because she is quite the teacher :) The receipt does not say her name :( I am crushed because I really wanted to shout her out :) The store was clean and so was the restroom. I was most impressed by the outside of the restaurant. I counted 3 garbage cans and they were all changed out! This location not only has great staff but whoever is maintaining the exterior is doing a fantastic job! I am loading my receipt so the unit manager and give props to the cashier!
