Wendy's — Restaurant in Montville Township

I went through the drive thru today during my 30 minute break at work. As I’m at a store after going to Wendy’s, I notice that I don’t have my debit card as I’m at the register. I call Wendy’s, give my name, and they say they have my card. So I go back to Wendy’s, now being late to clock back in and I say “Hi, I’m the one that forgot my card.” As a polite employee goes to get my card, another employee comes out of no where and very rudely says “oh nah you gotta get some ID before you think you gonna get your card.” I then said, “my name is xxx if that helps” the woman proceeded to continue saying I needed an ID in a rude manner. Now being 5 minutes late because of the careless and rude Wendy’s employees (some of them) I grab my ID as giving my unique name wasn’t enough and finally get the card. They weren’t apologetic at all for never giving me my card. A poorly run establishment at its finest. Will not be returning and I recommend that customers make an extra 5 minute drive to the other one down the road. (Hopefully...

Usually go to McDonald's but the last time I went I got a horrible pain underneath my ribcage for 5 days I decided to go to Wendy's the other side of the highway. The bottom line when I got home I started eating I got fries, a double whopper and a fried chicken sandwich.. My first time going to this location with 2 starving kids after school, however something went wrong with my mobile order, and after trying for a while the live chat and phone calls through the app with definitely no answers! Very frustrating and upset especially kids were very hungry. When I was just about to spend the money again and place a new order, Cathy (Kathy) came out and asked, after explaining to her, she helped to solve the problem right away, we got our food within a minute!
