Arby's — Restaurant in Moody

Super hot and fresh food and friendly staff. Enjoy going there. UPDATE 6/6/22 Still great service, very friendly staff and a great location. This review is totally about the new Wagyu Burger deluxe. While the meat is true Wagyu, and was cooked very well, the meat lacked any sort of seasoning. A hit of salt and pepper made a world of difference. I ordered mine minus tomatoes, but it did come with kosher sliced pickles, shredded lettuce and a special sauce that was actually very flavorful. The main issue I had with the burger is that it was literally thrown together and all my lettuce and sauce was in the wrapping instead of between the buns. I'm sure that was a training issue and will be remedied at some point, but again....first impressions. The large size combo came in at just over 10.00, which is a very good price for the meal. Personally I will stick with the roast beef at Arby's and will burger joints for burgers. It's really hard to beat a hot and fresh Arby's half...

The food was good. The only thing is I ask for some of the little crispy onions like they put on some of their sandwiches in place of fries because when the are cooked fresh they are so good the girl even ask me if I wanted them fresh and of course I said yes she made that announcement 3 different times to the people preparing the food I paid the same price for those as a large fry so sure I would want them fresh not the ones sitting all day but guess what 3 announcements later o e with a verification to the cashier she heard her and I still get some that had been sitting no telling how long that were no where meat warm or good. I know the fact food industry can be hard work because I have done it but I also know its not that hard to give the customer what they ask for with a smile. Customer service and pleading the customer is a thing of the past a forgotten legend. A thing the new generation has and will heat about but will never...

To start I am not one to leave bad reviews, my wife and I have both worked the restaurant industry we know it can be rough. Came to have dinner tonight with my family. The cashier seemed annoyed with us because she wasn’t putting in the right thing on the monitor. The shift/store manager on duty was the only one with any customer service today. My sandwich was completely cold so I took it up there and immediately the back line worker yells I’ll just put it in the microwave then, which came off really rude why even say that? Also I would have liked a remake not a microwaved sandwich. Then the manager is trying to tell him it’s not hot if the cheese isn’t melted to which the back line worker shouts again— “the cheese was melted so I don’t know how it is cold”.
