You can never go wrong visiting this place for a milkshake or some farm fresh chocolates. The staff were very knowledgeable and were ready to customize the shakes as requested. There eas plenty of parking in the lot. Though this place is usually packed with a fast moving queue and good service you will get to move out pretty quickly. They have multiple sanitizer stations and social distancing markers to help people maintain the distance. All staffs wore masks and there were gloves the day we visited. They have a side door exit which made it very comfortable rather than moving through the queue.

We had the chocolatier, choco fudge brownie shake and the limited time mint shake, all of them were just amazing. The farm fresh milk as they advertise really does make a difference. The heritage their farm has and how they started the milkshake shop in the past makes the visit even sweeter. A must visit for kids and...

My husband and I live in Moon, and I would say Milkshake Factory is good in a pinch when we need a sweet tooth fix. The shakes are good, but the price can be pretty steep if you plan on going frequently.

We went today and I was a little bummed that my order was incorrect. My husband got the Rusty Shake. I wanted to try their sundaes since I was not feeling a milkshake so I ordered the Smores sundae. The girl making the orders seemed new, and other employees kept having to chime in and remind her to add things cause she didn’t know. They then completely butchered my husbands name, but we took our order. The store doesn’t have spoons so I waited till I was home to eat my sundae. After a few bites, I realized they made the brownie sundae and not the Smores one I asked for. The sundae is good, but obviously I wanted...

The milkshakes are always so amazing! Every time I go in, I opt for non-dairy ice cream, and it's the best around. My favorite is the Banana Foster, but I've been working my way through the entire menu. They also have great root beer floats.

Their chocolates are WONDERFUL. The Dubai chocolate is INCREDIBLE (and super affordable compared to other places that sell it). I love getting their milk chocolate and using it for baking. I also love the chocolate covered strawberries and their molten cups 🍓🍌🍫

The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Great place, great chocolates, great shakes - I love coming here for a little sweet treat...

There is a lot of available parking in the shared lot. The store was clean and staff were welcoming. There was only one group of people ahead of us. The milkshakes were made quickly. I love cookie dough ice cream and I was not impressed with the cookie dough fudge milkshake. I don't know what was in it that I didn't enjoy, but the cookie brownie fudge milkshake was delicious. I also tried the cookie jar milkshake and that was better than the normal cookie dough one. Overall it was $17-$20 for two milkshakes both times. The prices are too high to justify making this a frequent stop.

The milkshakes we had were good and they made them quickly. The staff were polite. However, for the quality of the milkshakes, they are simply overpriced. We won't be coming back because we weren't blown away by what we had and we can get similar shakes from local ice cream shops that aren't part of a chain. I'm a big believer that if a chain can do it better, shop/eat/drink there but if they can't, don't. This is one chain I honestly don't see surviving at this price point.
