Pizza Bella — Restaurant in Moon Township

Prior to tonight, overall, we have had fairly good experiences here. There have been a few food mishaps over time, but nothing too bad.

I ordered a 4 cut buffalo chicken pizza and a Alfredo pasta at around 6:30pm for delivery. The time given for delivery was 8:00pm. I figured that was not a bad window for a Friday night.

8pm rolled around and I waited 30 minutes before calling to inquire about our food, so 8:30pm. I was told that it was "out for delivery", so we waited another 45 minutes before calling again, so be told the same thing.

Waited another 10 minutes, before the manager calls back to tell me my food was delivered, because his driver said so. The manager then put the driver on the phone where he proceeded to tell me he delivered my food, but that we wouldn't answer the door, and that my Ring doorbell didn't work(we checked and it works just fine). He proceeded to tell me that instead he just left the food on the stairs to my house(there was no food there).

The manager then got back on the phone where I was made to feel that after being called a liar by his delivery driver, that it was somehow my fault that my food was "delivered" to the wrong address(delivered is in quotes, because wherever the food was left, the right thing to do is not to just leave the food on the ground near the house).

We were offered to have it remade, or credited to my account.

I was staying in an area hotel and craving pizza and did lots of research before selecting this particular pizza joint. I drove there to see and smell (should smell great inside, which is did) to order, rather than calling in my order. The folks are friendly, but the prices are high.

I ordered a large veggie pizza with jalapeños instead of mushrooms and extra sauce and pepperoni. They said it would take 15 mins and it took about that long, maybe a few mins longer. Looked decent when I got it, but I didn’t take a very good look at it and then took it with me back to my hotel. Upon opening it up and eating it, the first bite was decent, but something was missing and when I looked, not only did it not have extra sauce, it had less than regular sauce… I hardly saw any sauce at all! The jalapeños we bland too. The overall flavor wasn’t really that good and for $33 for a large pizza, it totally...
