Moved to moon township about two months ago from Robinson. Our favorite place to order from has always been Vocelli Pizza. Never took more than 45 minutes to an hour to get our food when ordering from the Robinson location. Since changing stores now that we moved we noticed a huge change in their service. It now takes over an hour and a half to get our food, the food comes lukewarm at best to where we microwaved the pizza so it was hot and additional sauces were missing. When I asked the driver about the delivery time he said it was because of the amount of orders and lack of other drivers. As much as we enjoy Vocelli pizza when it was delivered promptly and hot we will not be ordering from this location anymore, cant justify paying upwards of 30 bucks for a pizza and sides that come...

I order at 7, they dont show up or call for 2 hours. I have 2 small children waiting to eat then go to bed. finally I call and they tell me sry we had a new driver and blah blah we were waiting for you to call..... ok so then she had to make a new one and told me it would be another 35 min but would discount it $5 wow.... then she calls back 15 min later and tells me she spoke to her GM and said that the only way I get the discount is if I come there to get it because they sent a driver already but that driver did not come. so I order, they screw it up, they offer a discount after 3 hours total of waiting, then they take it back. its disgusting how they treat a customer when they screw up. over a couple bucks they lost someone who orders there...

I had been purchasing the same Two (2) Extra Large Pepperoni Pizzas (for pickup) for years and until recently have had no issues which I have let go more than once. So today I called to let them know not only how horrible my pizza was yesterday, April 12th but that one pizza was a large rather than the extra large I purchased…they hung up on me twice! I will never purchase from this establishment again!
In the middle of writing a complaint online to their corporate office this employee called me back and I am so happy that I recorded it because he cussed me out so bad dropping “F” bombs all over the place!
