Casey's — Restaurant in Moore

*DONT STOP HEREGo to the quik trip across the street. I came in at 1:35 a.m.on .5/5/2024 after getting off work. this has been my favorite Casey's store because of a wonderful woman that was a cashier at night along with many others..

However tonight this cashier was on the phone would not look you in the eye would not even acknowledge you you would just say what you wanted it was punched in and they continued on the phone not even telling you thank you acted more annoyed these cameras need to be looked at because the treatment of the man in line before me same thing.. it's disgusting to see an employee getting paid by the hour, their personal cell phone to their ear ignoring customers and actually being annoyed that were interrupting their phone call.. I will never return to the store.. I will take my business to the new gas station that opened up called QuikTrips it's across the street and I'm sure they're nice and not on their cell phones making customers feel like dirt because we're interrupting.. also the place is disgustingly filthy. the employees are just too busy on the phone and whoever was supposed to be working in the kitchen was just...

Stopped in, and filled up my vehicle with Premium 5 days ago after getting down to +/- 30 miles to empty. All was good until yesterday. Got down to a quarter tank and my check engine light came on, and the power was noticeably less. Dash error message read “engine mis-fire.” Took it in immediately to have a mechanic look at it. His scan showed the same message and a few minutes later without hesitation, he said that I must’ve got a bad batch of watered down gas. I’ve never experienced this in my life, and I’m highly disappointed. I’ve never been to a Casey’s as I’m new to OK, and have gone to this same gas station twice back to back. I’ll never be returning....

Since the new gas stations have opened on the other side of the interstate I have been trying to stay loyal to this Caseys, its been my favorite late night stop for years. However, the staff is becoming increasingly more rude over time. Stopped in last night and the blonde girl behind the counter wouldnt acknowledge me at all, even after greeting her, asking for $$ on pump # please. Just snatched the money out of my hand and remained silent. Told her thank you and to have a good night, stone cold silence. I love Caseys but the employees at QT and eExpress are a million times more personable and polite. I still leave 4 stars because im not trying to hurt...
