I visited what was supposed to be the better of the McDonald’s in the area with my son recently here and ordered the McDonald land meal. The person taking my order repeated everything back to me right as far as my knowledge but when I had gone to the window I received no receipt. I’m not miserable so I wasn’t about to mention it to someone who was kind and probably had a long day. When I got to the second window the man with forearm tattoos started to hand me a plain milk that I had never ordered so I gave it back to him and asked if he had the right order he reassured me it was and when I looked in the bag I just figured they had new people working and had wrapped the burger in regular packaging so I went to park and have my son who is on the spectrum eat since we where starving and really needed to eat and if you deal with that you know you can’t just throw the kid back in the seat. When I went back up to the window and explained she gave me someone else’s order the first window said they would make it no problem so I just pulled up to the second window where the guy who clearly remembered me handing back a drink I paid for because they misheard me and didn’t give me a receipt to check told me I had to pay for the burger because I took a bite out of what they gave me, mind you I was just thinking they made the quarter pounder like a burger because they where new I didn’t want to hassle them I worked in food service on food trucks before and I know how busy it can get. So I told him that that’s really wrong that I should pay for something I didn’t order and it took them about 10 minutes to print off a receipt with me in the drive through so after getting honked at they moved me to the last window where I had to wait an additional 15 minutes all for the girl in the grey shirt who I assume was the shift lead to come over saying that she “told her she has to start listening” talking about her coworker as if she was her mother and “was trying to be cordial” when I told her that I had been very sweet to the staff and this is a crazy waste of time for her to not give me a receipt I had a right to and to bash her co worker for a common mistake because I told her I don’t think it’s the young girls fault she just misheard me but the guy should have chose to communicate with his coworkers. As someone who worked in food service I can see where things went wrong and I will not be back to this location until I hear back from Joe the general manager that I had to find the name of at the other McDonald’s because I’m not going to call a place with a bunch of kids who don’t care about doing their job and waste my time further by not giving the...
Read moreI placed my order through the app while I was in the back of the line. I told them my code BJ11 through the speaker and they told me to pull up to the front. Not only were we ignored at the first window, but the manager had a nasty attitude. The first issue was no one told me that my payment was pending until we got to the second window when the manager was there. That means, no one told me at the speaker or first window for payment. My husband and I even waited at the window for the guy to tell us something. Instead, we got tired of waiting and since I paid in advance we moved up to the next window. The second issue is the managers attitude. He laughed in my face because I was frustrated about the entire situation. Look man, I’m 7 months pregnant and I was craving fries from McDonald’s. Not only was I annoyed, but I was hurt by the way he talked to me. To top it all off, they gave me burnt soggy greasy leftovers fries. Since I was starving and craving them so bad, I just sat there with an angry look on my face and ate them. All I have to say is that will be the last time I will ever go to that location again. I had a way better experience in the...
Read moreI had the worse experience here and I went through the drive through! It was so bad that I parked and went inside to speak to the manager. While I was waiting to speak to a manager, I observed the male, Store manager being rude to customers. So got it, if the leadership is rude the employees will also be rude, and it will be acceptable. I was amazed! The two employees who were totally opposite were the female manager and the very tall male cashier. She apologized for not being able to get me any assistance, the cashier also told me that he, the Store manager was always like that and he even apologized. I will try to reach out to the store owner because it was that bad. I suggest you eat elsewhere if you are looking for any type of customer service with a smile or "have a great day" or not to be scolded for not having exact amount or having you food almost thrown in your car or across the counter. If you just want "fast food" make sure you have the exact amount so the drive thru cashier does not have to make change, and have on gloves to catch the pitch of food...
