Currently here at thr Domino's...whoever the "Manager" ABBY TONIGHT WAS RUDE AS HELL! I heard her mouth when I was ordering my pizza over the phone with a new person that had just started, I asked him a question he didn't & he asked her. Her response was over the top! She screamed no & was so snotty. When I got to the store to pick up my pizza I was literally there for 10 minutes sitting and all I heard her do was berate this new guy that was working! And I assumed he was the one that took my order cuz if they were the only two working there! She was nothing but rude to him and talking down to him about forgetting about cutting my pizza into cut into squares! YetAnd then when I asked because I wanted to ask for extra sauce, usually they have it behind the counter, so I asked her while they were finishing up my pizzas if I could add 3 extra sauces to it she rolled her eyes & replied with in a minute & went back to doing nothing & the sauces were still forgotten....Never had an experience at this Domino's ever, but tonight was a horrible one! And if was the new guy, I would have quit on her right...
Read moreI love Dominos pizza but like most places here in Fargo-Moorhead, it is hit or miss everytime. There is no consistency when going to the same place multiple times and I just don't get it. Seems like most people working food in the area just don't care about work at all.
Anyways we ordered 2 medium pizzas, 1)Peperonni, mushrooms, and green peppers and 2) Hawaiian (Canadian bacon and pinneapple). While the pizza wasn't wrong it didnt come out like their normal hand tossed which is pretty decent in thickness. What you would expect a normal pizza to be. Well it was super thin but not crunchy and it didnt taste cooked all the way in some spots. The dough was just a bit slimy and the different pizzas seemed to be cooked inconsistent of each other. One was cooked perfectly just too thin to what we ordered.
The Dominos at 1109 19th Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102 we have had 3 much better experiences. I'll still order here in the future if craving something closer tonmy house but will check the pizza...
Read moreI called in to order and took 10 minutes to order 2 pizzas and some bread twists. Was told it would be delivered between 35-40 minutes. I waited for an hour and a half then called when I had not received my order yet. Waited on hold for another 10 minutes before someone answered then they told me my pizza had not been made yet and it would be another hour to hour and a half before it would be delivered. They blamed the long wait on weather and lack of drivers. We had snow last night but not that bad. Also, if youâre not in a position to deliver peopleâs food in the timeframe you tel them then perhaps you donât take additional orders until youâre backlog is caught up. Horrible experience and I donât know that I will order from Dominoâs in the future. They never even offered to make it right and then told me it would take two to three business days to get my money...
