Subway — Restaurant in Moorpark

I would like to start by saying that this is not a review of their food but rather their service. As most Subway's foods are the same and prepped in the exact same way. First off I would like to talk about the bread debacle. I have been in this particular store a number of times where they've been out of specific types of breads, one time they only had one bread type left. I have taken to just walking out and going to another Subway when they're out of my particular bread choice. And that brings me to my second point the manager or owner can be very aggressive. The first occasion of him being aggressive that I recall was when one of my friends had an issue with pricing on the receipt. He got very standoffish and refused to even look at the receipt claiming that that was the right price on the receipt. More recently he's asked me why I was leaving when I left. I normally respond with you don't have the bread I want. To which he normally responds yeah we're out of those types. Honestly I've been to a Subway in rural Vermont that had more bread selection. Overall the service I would mark as poor to mediocre at best. you are hands down better off going to any of the other Subways in Moorpark the one in the Shell station even has better bread selection...

We’ve been in this restaurant many times on Sundays on our way home. Each time we request a toasted tuna Footlong. Each time the lady (possibly owner) argues that we didn’t request it toasted. After the 4th or 5th time being told we didn’t request it toasted, my wife showed another lady a screenshot of my order showing we requested it. Her response was it’s not on my ticket. My wife said it’s on my order, so that’s a Subway problem. Her response was “oh well”. So not only would she not toast it, when we got home the sandwich was also missing cheese and the extra pepperoncinis were on the side. So I had to take apart the sandwich to add them. I think I’ll spend my money somewhere they don’t treat me like they are doing me a favor allowing me to buy their poorly made sandwich. BTW, the special instructions to “toast” was on the receipt taped...

The staff was extremely rude, I ordered a Veggie Patty and it was one of the worst Subway Sandwich I've ever had, it seemed like the staff didn't want to be there! The hand drier in the restroom is a joke, when I asked one of the employees if I could have a paper napkin he directed me to the restroom saying there is a hand drier in there...when I told him that it's not working properly he handed me a paper towel from...
