I called in for a pick-up order for a large tum yung gai soup, and a large white rice. I always double check when I’m ordering and let them know I don’t want any coconut milk and I want it about level 7-8 on the spicy scale. I guess they heard me wrong and I ended up walking out with the soup with coconut milk in it. I didn’t check it because they’ve gotten my order right every other time, and I order quite frequently here. I drove a long ways away and when I finally checked it I realized it was wrong and I had no receipt because I paid cash. I called in to let them know it was made wrong and asked if they could write a note somewhere for me for the next time I came in since I didn’t have a receipt. The lady remembered me but then started insisting I ordered the one with coconut milk, and I told repeated what I said when I had ordered it the first time and she told me I never said anything about no coconut milk. She kept repeating herself that I was wrong and she made my order right and wouldn’t offer to fix it or even apologize. I know it’s my fault for not checking before I left, but customer service is a huge factor for me when it comes to buying anything. I used to eat here 2-4 times per month and now it’s going to be zero times per month....

My friends and I went there for lunch and we happened to get there right before their lunch rush. There was only one male server and once we ordered, our salads and soups come. We asked to replace our salads because there was an abundance of dressing on them. We asked to get them replaced with less dressing or the dressing on the side and although he says ok, he never comes back with the new salads so the first salads remain on the table. Our soups were luke-warm but we decided not to say anything and instead not eat the soups. I ordered one of their lunch special "basil beef" and when my order arrived it was "basil chicken" I repeated my order and he said that he would charge me $2 extra. I asked him to take the meal back and if I could have the menu to replace my meal. He brought the menu and never returned, not even to refill our drinks. I will never eat...

Decided to try this place for the first time. Placed an order for pickup an hour before they closed and they said it would be 5-10 minutes. I thought great, what great quick service. Got there in 10 minutes and my order was waiting for me steaming hot, again I thought great. I’ve ordered drunken noodles many times from different restaurants and never been disappointed, until tonight. Usually you get some noodles that stick to each other but in literally received a block glob of noodles that I had to cut with my fork like I was eating a cake. So bland and flavorless aside from the basil and the chicken was so dry. I know it’s the end of the day but there is no reason for such a low quality dish. Will never...
