Went with some friends and family and we love it here. Our waiter Victor was superb. The food was excellent as always and so deliciously cooked. Their rolls are to die for. The Brisket is so soft and not too fatty. I got 7 ounce size and I still have leftovers as it was more than I could eat. I also enjoyed the peanut salad. Not peanut sauce but had real peanuts throughout and a light dressing and crispy crunchy like cole slaw. Perfect side with my Brisket and bread. I will show other's food in my photos. In any event it is a fine restaurant with lots of choices of food and drinks. There is a full bar and cool decor like cowboy ranchers with many types of ways to eat beef and BBQ stuff. Nice booths and tables in two rooms. I recommend making a reservation. They also have take out and do large parties.

The price of the alcoholic drinks is pretty much the only negative thing I can say about this place. They're really high priced compared to comparable drinks at other places. A really small margarita was almost 14 dollars, and was just an average margarita; the rest of the drinks are similar price or more expensive for small amounts, comparable to other restaurants. The sweet potatoes were some of the best I've ever had. The chicken enchilada tortilla soup is great, not as good as homemade, but still good and a generous portion. The free garlic bread rolls, served with barbecue sauce, are great. The bbq tri-tip sliders were good, though not as good as everything else. All in all, we will likely eat there again when we're in the area.

I had excellent service from the time I parked the car and there was somebody there to hold the front door for me. My waiter Hector was excellent and was very friendly and attentive. Everybody that came in contact went out of the way to make sure my visit was great the food was delicious I had barbecue baby back ribs a side of mashed sweet potatoes and peanut coleslaw. Hector always made sure my iced tea was full and came back several times to make sure I was completely satisfied. I never been to this particular Wood Ranch before but my experience was great and I would go again.

I definitely do not recommend this restaurant for take-out. And when there is a problem with an order they couldn’t care less about fixing that problem. We ordered to go:

Carolina Pulled Pork - 18.95 Hormone & antibiotic free. Carolina slaw & Carolina BBQ sauce. 10 oz.

When picking up the order I asked if they could send salt and pepper. The employee said they did not have salt or pepper that they could send. Strange. We were visiting family at a hospice and upon returning there and opening the order we discovered that the Carolina Pulled Pork with Carolina BBQ sauce had absolutely no BBQ sauce cooked with it. They were about to close so I quickly called them. First I was told that it is extra, we had been asked if we wanted BBQ sauce and said no, and we’d have to pay. Whatever, I said. Can I come get some? I was told yes. My nephew said he was not asked anything about BBQ sauce when he placed the order and when I mentioned this to the young employee he said well there was a lot of static on the phone. He also said he asked me at pick-up, but I don’t recall that plus isn’t it too late to cook it with the pork at that point. Still I’m thinking WHATEVER. Let me just get out of here with the sauce before my nephew’s food and my delicious, perfect meal purchased at Urban Plate is too cold to eat. We had no kitchen facilities or way to microwave anything. But this employee hands me just one small plastic container of sauce so I ask for another. While he goes to get it I realize that the sauce is ICE COLD! Once again, WHATEVER I just want out of there, but to not totally ruin the meal I ask if he can warm up the sauce and he promptly says no. What, I ask, don’t you have a microwave?! He replies, we have no way to heat up a PLASTIC container. I’m so disgusted talking with him by that point and in such a hurry and dealing with other things in my life that I just leave. I did not have the energy to cause a scene with him and it was obvious he was working for the worst restaurant I’d ever patronized in my life. Couldn’t he have just heated some sauce in a microwave safe container and then poured it into the plastic ones??!! After leaving, I realized a manager needs to know how ridiculous this situation I just experienced was and how their employee kept quoting what Woodpark could or could not do with no regard for customer needs even when I told him where we were eating this meal and that I had no access to a kitchen. She verified that the BBQ sauce should have been cooked with the meat and told me to tell my relative that the next time he ordered the Carolina Pulled Pork from Woodpark for take-out he could be assured it would be cooked with the sauce. I’m so glad I called her because she turned a really annoying, aggravating situation into a very funny one for us. We got a good laugh. Really lady?! Do you think I would ever dine in or order take-out from you again with such poor customer service??!! Haha. I believe it’s possible for anyone to make a mistake and I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. Not once did anyone do anything to make it right. $20 is not cheap for a meal you can barely eat. I was trying to get some healthy food into my nephew, but if I had known it was going to be something he could barely eat, I’d have saved money with fast...

This place is usually a nice place to sit at the bar but today was probably the worst experience I have had here. I came here to have a quick bite at the Bar which was almost empty except for another individual. I could already tell this person had too much to drink by his demeanor. I was caught off guard when this individual started talking to me, it looked like he wanted someone to talk to and I was the only one there. I said nothing to him but he kept talking and must have been frustrated that I wasn’t acknowledging him that out of nowhere he calls me “a scumbag”. He continued with his comments which others in the booths could clearly here. I asked the bartender to get the manager as this type of behavior was uncalled for. The Manager, Brian, did manage to move the individual further away, not sure there was much more that he could do. Though, I wonder why would they continue to serve this individual to the point where he harasses other patrons. Been coming to this place for years but now will have to reconsider if this is...

Great food and overall excellent restaurant. Their service stands above the rest. They are very friendly and professional. They are always well staffed, and they listen and care about clients' orders and requests.

I order from here frequently using their curbside pickup service, which is excellent. They make the order EXACTLY as I request, every time. The order is always ready on time, and the process of pickup is easy. In fact, the only problem is that they are so good, that they're a bit crowded. The pickup line can be long (no fault of the restaurant; quite the contrary - they're so good that the line is out the door; literally).

The menu has many options, including some healthy options. My favorite are the beef ribs from the BBQ section of the menu. The Natalie's salad is amazing, and I really love their quinoa mix. The mac and cheese is a throwback to the good, simple stuff from the...
