went through the drive-thru because their dining room wasn’t open. we were the third person in line, and it wasn’t busy in the slightest. pulled up to the microphone and was told that they were extremely short staffed and it was going to be a long wait. we were fine with that; we were planning on having a sit-down dinner outside with the person in front of us in the line. we didn’t hear him the greatest when he said something else because of the dog barking in the back of our vehicle so we proceeded to ask for a number two meal. the man who was aiding in the drive thru refused us service because he was “too busy”. we assumed that when he said it was going to be a long wait that we were going to be waiting fifteen-twenty minutes for our food, and not being refused service entirely. won’t be going back for awhile....

It was disgusting. Food was cold and not thoroughly cooked. It was like there was some sort of clear transparent plastic gelatin substance in the chicken. It was hard in places and soft in others. The taste was horrendous. The BLT Ranch Chicken Sandwich was my pick and I would not order I again. The tomatoes were not red, in fact they were green and light pink/orange. Slimy and overly moist. The piece of chicken was under cooked and had pink in places throughout the meat. The breading of the chicken at the same time as being over done almost burnt up seeming to be 3/4 of the size it started out and should of been leaving the piece at a disproportionate uneven level of dark brown, fried in oil, soggy, wet, crisp, unsauced to flavorless state of crying out for its...

I must be the luckiest guy today.

I got a Frisco and just the Frisco sandwich this morning and couldn't believe I seen it (GREEN MOLD) on my bun! Yuck!

The customer service of course was lacking too, the lady running the window passing us the food with no word, and when we brought it back they didn't seem surprised.

The manager, comes up and asks what the problem was, I explained that there was mold on the burger and, she of course was getting a big NO on remaking the sandwich, she gets frustrated fumbling with the poorly maintained equipment before passing by card back again with no word after it's been refunded onto the card.

I couldn't remember if I had gotten sick from this location before? But after this visit.
