McDonald's — Restaurant in Mora

I don't recommend this Place of Business I used to work at this Store, for a short while and lemme tell you if u wanna be overwhelmed and Brought down an treated Like You don't know what your doing By Brianna J and Aaron and be Accused of doing an order wrong and assuming and pointing blame and Singling you out because your a Newb. Also Brianna J and Aaron didn't help with anything when your Up front Presenting and order taking and Running and Making fries while handing food out they don't care about Team work and helping. Brianna J is probably the worst Manager I've ever encountered as an Employee. She puts the C in C.U.N.T and Aaron I never had an issue with until he assumed an Accused me of taking an order wrong cause some Customer complained and he Directed it towards me cause he didn't Like me, like one time I answered the phone because the kids upfront didn't know only the managers were suppoed to answer it and I got barked at by Aaron for making a simple mistake. Anybody seeking out Employment their go someplace else cause the management doesn't care about you and they will Berate you. I'm glad I quit and I found my self worth. And just saying this store shouldn't have 3.2 stars it should have less cause the management...

The manager I spoke with was super nice. I had done the survey that comes with the receipt (in order to get a BOGO) and some of the younger employees needed help ringing it up. They had to get the manager to help and she was so nice! She actually comped my meal and let me know that they really appreciate the surveys. I had also given them good marks on the survey but the manager didn't know that when she comped the meal. She was just happy I did it and encouraged me to keep doing the surveys. I have always had good luck at this McDonald's as far as speed, price, and quality go. It's really convenient when you have a young kid that is having a meltdown. I just give him a few fries and he's happy. No, I don't do it all the time... I'm not trying to get...

This McDonald's is the worst run and most unclean I have ever been to. The garbage was overflowing, the staff were obviously poorly trained, and the soda area was sticky and full of dirt, cobwebs, and spilt soda. The ketchup was nearly empty and no small Dixie cups. There was a manager on duty and all she did was stand around so I felt it was pointless to complain to her. It was a busy day and there are clearly posted signs that state "no loitering-30 minute Max while consuming food" however there were four teenagers taking up a large amount of table space and they were not consuming food. It's sad to see this business run so poorly in my hometown. I hope they get...
