Ate dinner here on the date above. Well decorated joint with a nice bar area. Has some TVs. Mexican music playing.

Complimentary salsa and chips, both that stand out. These chips are very fulll/heavy. Warm and fried nicely. The salsa has some instant heat. Very good.

We all ordered tacos (3 for $15). You can mix the meats as they have your typical assortment. I did pastor, chorizo, and birria. All tacos come with radishes, cilantro, cucumber, lime, salsa, and cooked onions. The tortillas are thick and able to hold the stuff. These were fried (?) and cooked perfectly. My favorite of the meats was the chorizo. Seasoned well. All tacos are filled liberally with meat, so skimping. Good tacos.

Kevin was our server, and he was excellent. Our food came our super quick.

We came here after several terrible experiences with food near the beach. I rarely give a 5 star, and I am very familiar with Mexican and Mexican American food. This was excellent given its location, price point, service, and food choices. We ordered fish ceviche (excellent, comes with hot potato pancakes and a load of avocados), and carne asada steak dinner (nicely seasoned and marinated, soft). Steak came with rice and smooth pureed beans (very good and not greasy). Steak had whole grilled onions, nice touch. Excellent margaritas. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, and it didn't feel overpriced.

Not from the area but we were craving some authentic Mexican food. Found this little place tucked into a small strip center. The vibe inside was very nice. Cute decor, loved the painted tables. We were seated immediately and food was quick, fresh and hot. Drink menu was on point and the margaritas were so good. They even accommodated my drink request changes with no problem. Get the Ultimate with Grand marnier and tajin rim! So good! Flautas were prepared fresh and hot and my husband cleared his plate of enchiladas. We will definitely make it back one more time before we leave town. Do not let the location fool you into thinking you need to pass. Delicious food, great...
