I absolutely love this place the people and the atmosphere here! The people who run this establishment are so professional and you will not have to worry about mistakes or your nails or toes looking bad. I’m a local and I’ve gone to several other places only because they were booked all day or it was to late in the day, my fault. But the other places I always had to ask to fix this nail or that or cut more skin or just something I was unsatisfied with at other places! But with this place you really are in wonderful hands!!!! While on a month long visit from Raleigh, I had damaged a repair on my big toenail that was noticeable and ragged. (My regular salon at home has been carefully babying the issue.) It needed immediate attention and by someone that could continue the rehab of my nail. I called late in the afternoon and was told to come on in. No appointment, but when I showed up, I was seated right after selecting a new color. Sandi was the tech that did my repair and pedicure. She even helped me choose a new color. Sandi did an amazing job on both the repair and the full pedicure. The shop was neat and clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The staff is very sweet, but unfortunately my $75 (including tip) dip manicure did not last more than a week without chips on several nails and lifting at the nail bed. Even right after leaving the salon, the dip was uneven across my nail, patchy, and thick/not evenly filed down. Even my friend who went with me asked for her nails not to be cut very short and they cut her down to her nail bed? In my experience this is very expensive for a dip manicure that does not last.
