Rude and extremely unfriendly service. I went through the drive thru to get 2 pup cups (I had TWO dogs in my vehicle) and to pick up a mobile order (one 85 cent blizzard). When I pulled up to the speaker, the woman at the mic was very rude and seemed upset/hostile that I was only asking for pup cups. If she would've waited, not cutting me off and telling me to pull around before i was finished, she would've also heard that I had a mobile order as well. I get to the window, the man at the drive thru looking my car over and a woman (I assume from the mic) doing the same, as if i was lying about the dogs in my vehicle. They handed me the pup cups and immediately slammed the window in my face and refused to look at me. I sat there waiting to ask about my mobile order and, after about a minute or two, I was greeted with a "what?". I explained that I had a mobile order, a small blizzard, and gave the name for the order. The man turned to the older lady and, right in front of me, began talking about me. "Well she didn't say she had one at the speaker! She should've." However, sometimes business owners take advantage of people being quiet. I got lunch for Kyle and it was just shy of $12! 𤯠I gave the lady my Spirit card that clearly says 10% off ANY purchase. She said it wonāt give the discount and when I questioned why she asked the manager who said ābecause itās a mealā. I told her that the last time they told me it was because it was a drink. She then stated that it was just meals and drinks that the discount doesnāt work onš When I pointed out that this is clearly false advertising she said āthey changed it after the card was printedā. š I donāt know about everyone else but Iām personally getting tired being gouged for subpar food & service and then made to feel like the business is always right. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food is great, especially for fast food. Service is always very quick, friendly, and most importantly, accurate. Ice cream is SO good, and the blizzard options are varied. Portion sizes are nothing amazing, but enough to fill you up. The dining room as well as the parking lot are always incredibly clean if not spotless. As far as restaurants go, DQ is always a crowd pleaser. My main (and probably only) complaint is the prices. I dont blame the workers, obviously, I blame corporate. For my partner and I to eat there, it can cost us anywhere between 30$-40$ depending on if we get icecream or not. To be fair, we always get the larger meals, but that type of price is a bit of a reach for a fast food restaurant. Personally, I would rather spend that type of money on a nice date, not a quick bite. But the food is so good that sometimes its worth it. When you're really craving it, that is.
