Had a late night craving for a cinnamon based dessert and it was the closest thing around so we called them up for some of the cinnamon sticks or whatever they call them. The guy that answers the phone seemed so squarely repeating everything and then told us we already put an order in. We reassured the guy we had not ordered and that was why we were calling. Every time we responded we had to repeat what we said twice because he was so bad at understanding. Finally after about 5 minutes of back and forth to put in a simple order for cinnamon sticks, he told us it will be ready in 15 minutes. We get there in 18 minutes, we comment on how nice it is that they have a monitor that says where your order is with regards to the making process, and our order says completed with our name on the top of the screen. The same guy that we talked to on the phone comes to help us and goes to get the order. He runs around the store, does two laps and then said that the order wasn't even in the oven yet. We ask why it says the order is complete on the screen if it wasn't even in the oven and ask why he would say come in 15 minutes if it wasn't going to be ready. He had no clue what was going on. He said we could wait 15 minutes if we want but at this point we preferred to go anywhere else. Overall, won't ever even attempt to get anything from there again. It was a simple order, but somehow they couldn't complete it in the time they told us they would. We're very disappointed in the lack of customer service, and just general lack of them being able to follow through with a simple order. This time, Dominos tracker was about 30 minutes early, in store progress thing was about 20 minutes early, and staff told me order would be ready "in just a minute." I appreciate being busy or behind or whatever, but I don't appreciate having the privilege of sitting in a Dominos for 20 minutes because someone won't tell me how behind they are. When my order was ready, the gentleman at the front of the store was told by me and another employee that my order was ready. He put stickers on boxes for about four more minutes (and was told again about the status of my order) before he was finally told a fourth time, checked, and grabbed it for me.
