Dunkin' — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I stopped by the Dunkin’ Donuts in Moreno Valley recently and had a great experience. I ordered their new Butter Pecan ice blended coffee and wow—it was really good! Smooth, sweet, and the butter pecan flavor really came through without being overpowering. Definitely a perfect pick-me-up.

I also grabbed a strawberry donut and a wrap. The donut was okay—not bad at all—but a little too bready for my taste. Still sweet and satisfying if you're craving something sugary. As for the wrap, just a heads-up: it comes out scalding hot! Be careful with that first bite. I actually let my car’s A/C cool off a few bites before diving in, and once it was at a good temp, it was totally worth it.

One thing I really appreciated was seeing the staff let a homeless man stay inside to enjoy the air conditioning. That small act of kindness says a lot about their character. The staff overall was friendly—nothing fake or over-the-top—just real, down-to-earth people doing their jobs and doing them well.

Food and drinks came out pretty quickly. Once your order’s ready, they place it on a pink stand and call your name—nice little touch!

I'm at theThe Moreno Valley location everyday. The exterior when entering the establishment always has trash in the parking lot, on the sidewalk, in the eating courtyard. This is an eye sore for me. There high winds a few weeks ago caused the palm tree limbs to hang in walk through traffic of customers. The wait time is horrible inside and with drive through. Staff are slow getting orders out and can be rude when under pressure. Service is faster at the local There needs to be another register installed. Lemonade is no longer available for the refresher which should be available year round and not seasonal. Please bring back the Lemonade for the refreshers! I do not drink Green Tea or Coconut Milk that's available for the refreshers. The needs to be a way to enter receipts info on the Dunkins App for rewards. When orders are made wrong staff get made to redo the order. There is one female staff member there African American, heavy in weight size, dark skinned, braids that is rude. She needs...

I went there this morning to order a Cookie Butter Cold brew, a sausage egg and cheese croissant and the sourdough breakfast sandwich. When I got to the front I paid and the guy at the register handed me a hot coffee. I said, I ordered it "ICED". His response was I charged you for a hot and you paid for the hot. Its the morning and I had to rush to take my son to school so I just took off. When I finally get home I looked at my order, this guy didn't even look at the order before giving it to me. He gave me someone else's order. A hot original coffee and a powdered donut. There is no number to contact this location at all. Definitely need better staff in the mornings to deal with the morning rush and please add a contact number. I spent $15 dollars on an order that was not even mine and now I am working and cannot do...
