Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

OMG....just had lunch here and it was sooo delicious...I was greeted by a nice young lady that was happy to give me extra time to order since I have never been here before...my friend recommended this place to me and I'm sure glad he did...polite young lady took my order and directed me to the sauces after I ordered...I got the Angus Beef bowl and ordered a Chicken Bowl to go...the beef was deliciously marinated and cooked perfectly. Beef was tender and the veggies had just the right crunch to it...the magic sauce is similar to teriyaki sauce with a pleasant difference...personally I prefer soft drinks from a fountain, not a bottle...but that was just a small thing to me...the food is, hot and fabulous here...a must for healthier eating...also have some great sounding vegetarian dishes even a meat eater like me would love.... CORRECTION...I went back again a couple days later for another great lunch and saw a self serve soft drink dispenser...I reported only bottled drinks were sold here, the refrigerator which hold the bottled drinks is right next the drink dispenser...I guess I was so freaked out with the great food I...

It may look like another fast food joint, but this Flame Broiler is anything but! I wandered in with my three hungry little ones, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of grilling meat. We ordered two chicken bowls and a tofu bowl to share and got our food very fast. There was no sacrifice in quality with the speedy service, as the chicken meat was juicily grilled to perfection with fresh vegetables. Tofu was prepared just right (slightly crispy on the outside and tender inside).

When my young daughter wanted to use the bathroom, one of the staff members (I think he was the store manager) volunteered to open and hold the door for her. The store, including the bathroom, was very clean.

I don't usually write reviews but felt obliged to do so after my satisfying experience today. Great food and customer service. Definitely coming...

Now the reason I give it 5 stars was truly the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate me when I frequented this spot for work. The food truly tasted fresh, or as fresh as it could be and it's the time, effort, and the thought that counts. (No one got sick and yes they were up to health code so don't freak out) This spot, however, is due for an upgrade. Their kitchen looked like it could use a few new things and I feel like the dining room, be it small, could have easily been more efficiently arranged to make a small space look more spacious than it is. That's a management problem, though. Definitely will return when I'm...
