R Burgers — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

We ordered this through GrubHub the other night and it was fantastic! You never really know for sure how your order will show up when you get it through a door delivery, but we were very impressed. The order showed up in about 30 minutes and everything was still hot. All 4 meals we ordered were made correctly and tasted amazing. This place is a lot more pricey than most fast food, but the portion sizes are pretty big and the quality is top notch. We ordered 2 breakfast plates, a burger meal, and a sandwich meal. My kids devoured the breakfast plates. The burger was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The sandwich was much more than I expected and really impressed me. The zucchini sticks and onion rings were some of the best I've ever had and definitely big enough to share. The strawberry shake was thick and tasted so fresh with real ice cream. We definitely couldn't have been happier with our order. The best part was that even though we didn't ask for it, they delivered our order with a whole bag full of ranch, ketchup, syrup, and butter. This is a review based on multiple visits and I'm now concluding i need to give me business to other R Burger down the street because this place is progressively getting worse. First time, great, second time, good but not amazing just because I order something new and didn't like so mainly me. Third time, ask for light mustard and get extra and don't get my order made right, 4 time, same order made wrong, now around to 7 time coming here I now wait at the counter and watch employee after employee walked pass me with no help. Once I do get help the order has to be repeated multiple times, they have a screen that shows what they are putting into the order and I'm constantly fixing what they did wrong, and now the final straw was they forgot my dries with a combo, I asked for them which they were happy to do and apologize for forgetting, but as he is getting them I say, remember we'll done fries, he continues to take the fries from under a lamp and when I get there they are all soft and soggy. I have only been to R Burgers twice. I really liked my breakfast bacon ,eggs, hash browns and toast. My waitress was wonderful for her I give a five. What made me unhappy was , one day when I was talking to my son, he mentioned that he had gone there before he went to physical therapy. The manager my son said he believes took his order. My son is on keto. He's on keto because he has diabetes. Whatever my son ordered he asked what else he could have besides fries or hash browns. The manager replied tomatoes. My son asked can I have something else instead of tomatoes like cottage cheese if you have it then the manager started getting rude with my son and said I said tomatoes. So because he got rude with my son although I kind of like the place I will not go back there....
