General Manager Enrique extremely unhelpful just like the rest of his staff. Placed an order at 6:58pm and still hadn’t received order by 8:25pm go to check my email and order status says will be delivered at 8:58pm. TWO HOURS LATER??? Call the store to figure out what went wrong and the cashier doesn’t tell me she is getting a manager doesn’t tell me she’s putting me on hold and phone goes silent. Enrique then gets on phone and tells me that we received a call to “confirm the order” and I didn’t answer so the order was canceled. So I ask why was I not informed of an email confirmation to cancel because I never received a call to confirm. All he was able to say was “well I don’t have any control over the email so I don’t know if they send an email to cancel”. So my question is why was I not called to say my order was cancelled??? Again all he can tell me is I don’t know? What kind of general manager doesn’t know how his ordering and canceling process works? Read moreI always order pizza to be delivered called in order and spoke to Daisy who took the order. She was talking so fast I couldn't get my order in. I ordered to have it delivered as I always do and she couldn't get that right. I called in my order at 5:22 pm and no pizza. I then called back at 6:10 pm to speak to the manager, as always I get the Manager is not available, maybe I can help you. No manager so my call was somehow placed back to Daisy who took the order. When I saw the receipt which included the delivery charge, I was told by Daisy that I said "carry out". I have been ordering pizza here since I moved here in 2009. All she could do was send me the pizza that had been sitting there since 5:22 pm which arrived at 6:22 pm with 10% taken off. Mind you tax was $1.28. Thank you Daisy for nothing. Well the driver decides not to deliver today because her husband was not there with the card nor ID. Remind you he’s done this so many times for us since his job is in LA. I called the store Nancy says she was the manager but when I explained concern she passes the phone to a man name Enrico( not sure of spelling) then he tells me NO. I told him I have his picture and copy of the card. I explained in two years you have never asked me for this now today you ask look at my record we order and received free pizza!
