Los parceros — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Me and my family of four visited yesterday. When you arrive to the place, kind of looked closed because the windows are dark and it doesn’t have an open sign. Customer service really needs improvement we arrived and nobody greeted us. the lady that was in front was helping a customer, but she didn’t even bother to acknowledge us or say something like I’ll be with you or Welcome. We stood there for over five minutes until she was done, she didn’t even say hi. she’s just asked for how many. We Proceeded to sit down our waiter was a bit rude or it seemed like he was having a bad day and again no greeting whatsoever. he just asked us Where do we wanted sit down. mind you the place was not that busy. Food prices are reasonable we end up ordering this $60 platter with two sides of empanadas. The food was amazing came out quickly and fresh. I asked for a site to guacamole and it took forever by the time it got out I was already done. We end up spending spending like $120 for four people. Which is OK for a family of four . but for me, Customer service is everything and the experience . I don’t know if I will come back, but if I do, I know what to expect. This was My first time.
