This Review is for the General Manager (Kalpesh Patel), I have your business card and tried to give you a call and leave a message after no answer but the voicemail box is full. I enjoyed my 4 day/3 night stay at your hotel until my final day. I enjoyed the room and the room service/housekeeping. However, I would personally like to say that your front desk manager (Anna M.) is VERY rude. She has a terrible attitude and that is not very professional for a manager or anyone in CUSTOMER SERVICE. She spoke to my wife and my mother in law in a very rude manner. I do not appreciate being treated this way when I chose to spend my hard earned money on your establishment. I hope you as the general manager read this review and have a SERIOUS conversation with Anna. That is unacceptable. I would also like to inform you that the employee of housekeeping even stated to us as a family that she is always rude like that and treats her coworkers even WORSE. My name is Moises Castellanos and I will be leaving this review here indefinitely so that other customers such as myself are aware of the customer service provided here by the front desk manager.

Well first impression hotels looks great nice place and area now go in and I was received abruptly by a rude and very moody manager or supervisor named Ana Martinez. I asked regarding me not having my i.d but had a picture of it with a valid date and social security in possession , she was rude and gave me attitude bcz I didn’t have an id tried to ask her to look for a solution and asked if it was ok to receive my id on a email sent with my name , she said NO and to add it on I had my chime card out to pay my deposit also and she then went to make a remark with attitude that they don’t accept chime Mastercard smh. I literally had to go to the dmv to get a paper saying it’s me so I didn’t lose my reservation . Thankfully when I came back to check in a second time a was received by Julianna and it was total apposite I explained the situation she apologized and managed to help me the way a real supervisor should act I wanna thank Julianna for making my stay a great experience then again after going tru all that negativity thanks may God bless you 💯

Pet friendly and in a good location with lots nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The sink and floor had a crack in it. Full sized bottles of bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion... attached to the wall to use. I really liked the balcony on the 2nd floor looking down. The breakfast area felt very small and crowded. I was there about 10-15 mins after it started and the eggs were already low so I only took 1 scoop to save for others in line. Everything was right beside each other so you had to go around people to get to things.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. I agree with most reviewers that the hotel is nice and clean. However, we had a very unpleasant experience that one of our laptop computers, which we left in the room on the desk plugged in and charging, was stolen from the room during the day prior to the last night of our stay. The way it was handled by the stuff in the hotel was extremely unpleasant. Upon reporting the incident in the morning I was told immediately, without any checking, that no one from the hotel staff has entered our room all day yesterday. Upon reminding that I asked for clean towels when we were leaving the room yesterday morning and got them delivered to us during the day, which means that someone must have been in the room, we were told that there is no way that this could be checked because there are no cameras in the hotel. When I did locate the cameras, two of them in front of our room and told that to the staff, I was told that they have not been working since last week and that service is supposed to come and fix them tomorrow. They offered to compensate us for the loss in the amount they chose, i.e. for the 3 out of the 5 nights. When I mentioned that this amount does not cover the value of my laptop, not to mention the potential damage due to security risk as well as time and money needed to recover the content, I was told that hotel cannot compensate us for the full stay because we did use hotel services. It did not really matter to them that the services they provided were worth less than the damage we suffered by being robbed in their hotel. Eventually I asked for the hotel manager contact info, which I got, and I emailed General Manager this morning, describing briefly what has happened and asking to give me a call to talk about it. As of this time, which is late in the evening, I have not received any response. I did report the whole case to the Moreno Valley police department. Based on this experience, I think that this hotel is not safe and that staff and management does not truly care about it. I would strongly recommend staying...

I'm a government employee who's company paid a pretty penny for my family and our dogs to stay at this establishment for a few weeks before our home was ready for us to move in. We've always stayed in LQ Hotels everywhere the Military and Govt. Job has sent us and always enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately this location in Moreno Valley has a few issues. First and foremost, I have had to personally tell the front desk staff numerous times that there was a homeless woman attempting to get into the cars in the back parking lot and that there are people trying to get into the back of the hotel without room keys. The first time our room was cleaned we came back to our door being left open after been gone for a few hours, luckily none of our items were taken and our dogs were still in the room. There isn't anywhere for dogs to utilize the restroom. There aren't even doggy bags or a specific place to dispose of your dog's waste. The parking lot is always full and most of the cars are other local business's over flow or people from the area who are hanging out with their friends in the parking lot. As a paying hotel guest I would suggest parking passes or something like that to ensure there is adequate parking for patrons. I spoke to the staff who informed me there are 59 spaces and 59 rooms. My family came with two cars as many families do, this is a huge issue and we were told to park two stores over which I didn't feel comfortable doing but had no other option. My family has been approached numerous times in our stay here by people peddling for money in the back parking lot which has made my family feel very uncomfortable and even contemplate staying at a different establishment. The staff has been very friendly and the breakfast has been nice but unfortunately we won't be staying at this location again or allowing our family from out of town to do so either due to all of...

I loved it here, the free breakfast, the nice employee Kathy and Kierra. But there was one employee that was so, so, so rude to me and my family. Her name is Anna. She was rude to my wife. And my kids. Just because since she's the manager she feels like she can do anything she wants. For example, my daughter was watching TV when she had heard a noise outside the door so she decided to check on what it was, turns out it was Anna. My daughter said she didn't think anything about so she was gonna go back to watching TV but, that's when she saw Anna make a mean face (meaner than how it looks naturally) and shake her head. My daughter was confused since she hadn't had done anything to Anna so you know me and my wife were just as confused as my daughter. But today when it was checkout we were gonna get another day so we can have time to get all our things together. So Anna was like ok but you need to pay the animal fee so my wife said ok no problem, and that is when Anna said "I know about the birds and the other cat" (yes we had more animals but it's because we had to get out right away of the house we moved from and did not have anywhere to take them) so my wife to not make any problems apologized to Anna but then my wife asked "how do you know about my other animals?" So that's when Anna was like "I didn't see a do not disturb sign so me and a house keeping lady went in there". But my question is why does a manager have to go in there?. And I specifically put. NO HOUSE KEEPING on our contract. And tell me why no one cleaned if they were gonna go in there and clean. All I'm saying is if you're planning on staying there, watch out for nosey Anna she will invade you and your...
