Pho Ha is a charming Vietnamese restaurant that feels like a cozy home away from home. The decor is simple yet welcoming, with warm wooden tones and touches of greenery that create a laid-back and comfortable dining atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a casual meal without any pretense. The pho here is satisfying, with a broth that’s flavorful and well-balanced, not overly salty or heavy. The fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime on the side add a refreshing brightness to the dish. I also tried their smoothies, and they were surprisingly rich and indulgent, a fun addition to the meal. While the food is consistently good, the highlight of this place is the people. The servers and the owner are incredibly friendly and make you feel genuinely welcome. Pho Ha offers a great combination of solid food, affordable prices, and a warm, homey vibe. It’s a spot I find myself returning to often, not just for the food but for the comforting atmosphere they’ve created.

I have been coming here for years and slowly I noticed how soup bowls and amount of meat in soups get smaller and smaller. Food is usually pretty good but they have their bad days. Sandwiches are amazing but the one I got today had hardly any meat on it. At least not like it used to be. Prices also keep going up. Service is a hit or miss. Most of their staff does t speak English and if they do than not very well. Overall a good place to eat but it lacks a few things. It also gets very busy during lunches. The soup I had today had only around 3 slices of meat and about 4 junks of tendons and three 1/3 of a meatball. Very disappointing that a fairly good restaurant like this had to go to such cheap measures. There is other Pho places close by where you get alot more bang for the buck.

If you want to try something different I highly recommend you check this place out, Right from when you walk in the door; you feel you are in a completely different place the service is friendly and enviorment is beautiful with traditional Vietnamese decorations all around. Once you order the food is served fairly quickly and you can get into a traditional pho (Hot soup with chicken, beef or shrimp) a Phan mi (Delicious sandwich filled with cucumber, carrots, cilantro and choice of meat and/or a nice Vietnamese drink or Thai tea. Everything is fresh and delicious and I would recommend to anyone to make sure to stop by and check this place out, happy eating!

I walked in yesterday morning at 9:05 a.m. because google maps showed it opened at 9. Many workers walked passed me and said nothing. After about 10 minutes of waiting for someone to say something to me, I finally asked the guy behind the register if they were open. He said no. I asked what time would they be open and he said 9:30. So I was like "okay then, thanks. "He said I could place an order if I wanted to but it would have to wait till the chef got there and probably wait like 20 more minutes. So I left without purchasing anything. Later that night I came back after I got off work. There was a lady at the register this time. She wasnt friendly at all. I ordered a large thai tea and some pho, and she charged me and then didnt say anything after. So I stood there waiting. And then she looked at me like "what are u waiting there for" so I asked her how long it would take ..."20 minutes "...so I left and went home to wait. I came back and it still wasnt ready. So I waited a little longer and she brought out a thai tea, a small thai tea. So i said "oh, i ordered a large" and she said "no, u order small. Ur receipt says small" (the receipt isnt in English, so i didnt know what she charged me for)..so i said "okay, but i want a large." She argued "u ordered small" so i was trying to tell her i wanted a large and I'd pay the difference but she kept going back and forth with me until finally she tapped on her screen and charged me what I think may have been the difference? She asked for 4 more dollars and then walked away. Didnt say how much longer is be waiting... I finally got my food and the right sized drink. Their customer service from both times that I went in yesterday sucked, but their pho and thai tea were...

By far the worst service I had at the place, I have been going for years to this place. I understand that in the cold weather it tends to get busier. I tried calling my order ahead to cut on the wait time but they didn't answer so I decided to go ahead and place my order there. I placed my order at 4:11 and waited. About 45 minutes went by so I went to check on my order, there was about 5 people that were waiting some for about an hour. The customers that were taking their order to stay were seated quickly. The employees seemed stressed and we're rushed. Once I finally got my order an hour later they gave me a wrong item, I asked the lady and she told me my order was more than the one that they gave me and asked for pay the difference so I did. I had been waiting over an hour it would have been courteous to just replace my order and cover the difference especially since I had repeated my order to the cashier like 3 times, they don't even have a number 59 on their menu I asked for a 39. So I waited another 15 minutes to receive my order. There was a girl that was waiting on two soups for over an hour as well. I won't be going to this place...

Are you kidding me?! We sat down and waited over an hour—yes, an hour and a half—and all we got was one steak plate. My girl’s food came out and we assumed ours would follow shortly. Wrong! Meanwhile, table after table gets seated after us, places their orders after us, and somehow they’re all getting their food—pho, spring rolls, everything—before us.

I let the waitress know we’ve been waiting way too long and everyone around us is getting served. She just says they’re “busy.” No apology. No update. Then I see a guy bringing out spring rolls looking confused, clearly doesn’t know where they go. I flag him down—finally, maybe it’s ours—but a lady cuts in and redirects him to another table. Seriously?

So I tell her I’ve had enough. Cancel the order. I’m done. And guess what? After making us wait all that time, giving our food to someone else, not once did anyone offer a discount, comp, or even an ounce of accountability. Just a half-hearted excuse that they’re “busy.”

Unacceptable. I’ll never be back, and I’ll be sure to let others know there are plenty of pho spots in this area that actually know how to...
