Deals are awesome don’t get me wrong but three bud tenders when there is 15 to 20 people in the line is diabolical. I’ve had nothing but customer service jobs when you see, your team is struggling, you will help them the manager. She’ll be sitting up there, counting the registers counting the stock. I understand that stock needs to be counted and all that but when you see your store has a long line you stop doing what you’re doing and you help out and then when the line goes down, then you proceeded onto, counting your registers or counting your products but the lady with the short hair, she be right there watching the line just get longer and longer and do not help out or anything. She used to work in the front desk and then they stop doing the front desk thing and they put her to the back. I believe she’s a manager now very nice lady but when you see that, there’s a long line don’t you think you may wanna stop counting your registers and your products go help your teammates out and then go back to doing what you’re doing. Absolutely the best experience I've had hands down. Before walking into the store the security officer up front greeted me and got me hyped up. They got amazing deals, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Got me hooked up with a phenomenal bundle at a decent price, and definitely secured me as a customer forever. I don't care about the drive to get here from my place STIIIZY is worth it. Everyone there is cool as heck and management should be proud to have them working here.

Security is present and very proactive. I felt safe, and the officers have amazing senses of humor. Ypu go to some stores and often times the security is lacking but these guys are pros.

I'm terrible with names, but the woman eho helped me wrdnesday was super kind, and answered all thousand questions i had about their stuff. She got me set up with a new pen and a cool charging case for it, which looks amazing and keeps my device charged, organized, and clean. No more inhaling pocket lint lol.

Horrible customer service! I been going to this dispensary for 3 years now lately they been so ridiculous stupid with me I had got wax and I specifically told the girl no diamonds she picked a batter diamonds for me I called to see if I can exchange it maybe 15 minutes after I left they said no that I can go in to check cameras to see what I had order!! Empire garden has always took my products sealed back! Today I called and told them I had no id and went to get it yesterday explain to them I go everyday and I have a picture of id with dmv paper work they said no that I need a physical id so I called empire garden right away they said yes they accept the papers work from dmv! Never again will I step foot in here! I rather drive to Perris and waste what’s and get good customer service as well as people who actually are good with customer service all the bus tenders in Moval stiiizy suck.
