Love Hardee's gravy biscuits and they have good milkshakes. The reason for 2 stars for atmosphere - I understand as a society we're going through an "accept everyone for who they are" phase. I completely understand not being discriminate against someone for their looks or taste, but I DO believe in professionalism. When you are on your own time, you should be allowed to dress and do as you please, but when you are working, you shouldn't be standing out for your style or appearance, you should be a representative of the company's brand with a professional appearance. I'm so tired of going through drive throughs with people covered in jewelry, bandannas and accessories. What's wrong with just taking a shower, putting in clear plastic facial piercings and your uniform with neat tied back hair?? You're at work not at your friends house, self expression causes drama in work places, and employees that feel they're entitled instead of doing their best to represent their company.

Having rules isn't old fashioned or discriminate, it's what keeps us functioning as a society and teaches respect, prevents mistakes and reduces violence & drama.

I also wish they'd bring back their malt for the shakes! They used to have the best chocolate malted and it's sad...

I received coupons from Hardee's in the mail today....MADE FROM PLASTIC, like the perforated grocery store scan tabs you get to pull apart for your keychain, but for ONE use and only for a limited time. That is the worst marketing decision I have ever seen and it offends me and should offend you. It is bad enough spamming my mailbox with coupons, but to double down on corporate waste by printing what I imagine must be millions of plastic coupon sheets is just bad management and a blatant disregard for the future of our planet. It is a disgusting marketing campaign that at best is complete ignorance of what plastic does when you throw it out - where it goes and what it kills, for example - and at worst a signal that if you are aware of the consequences you just don't, as a corporation, really give a **. Either way, be ashamed. Do better with your massive profits. I cannot believe how little sense this makes, that someone in a boardroom said, "Hey, that's a great idea, lets print coupons for one week on plastic sheets that will last forever in the oceans and landfills." Your employees are thieves! My husband just came from ordering breakfast through the drive thru and did not recieve the correct change. The order came out to be 13.64 and he gave the cashier 23.64 wanting an even $10 back. The cashier gave him $8 and left the window. He waited 5mins before she came back and he told her he was givin the wrong change back. She then told him he only gave her 21.64 and she would have to go count her register. He proceeds to go inside and she then tells him her register is 75 which he has no clue what that means and that he was wrong on how much he gave her. Now he was frustrated and told her how much sense would it make for him to give her 21.64 on a 13.64 bill?! During the whole ordeal a Manger never came up and tried to help. He was so frustrated he just left cause it wasnt getting anywhere. Your company needs to hire people who aren't strung out on drugs that steal from the customers. Please recheck your cameras cause your employees are stealing!!! We will never come back to that...
