Tokyo Diner Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Morganton

I just saw on facebook where ladies found bugs in their meal. I had a problem several years ago and took plate back. The owner cursed me and said "NO REFUND". It doesn't matter what was in food and I don't care. I never have been back. Anybody that had an attitude like that doesn't care what he serves to the public. All he wants is your money and doesn't care if food is cold and old or has bugs in it. I hope the Health Dept. does something about this latest complaint. I wouldn't eat there if it was free! My plate was full and not much eaten out of it and when I handed him the plate he tried to keep it and wouldn't give it back even though I had paid for it. I guess he thought I was going to take it to the health dept. We all got sick from the food. i used to eat in this place almost daily. But it seems that in the last 3 Times the owner and his cook were putting The burnt particlesfrom the frypan, on my food. I went back to exchange it, and the new food had rotten vegetables. My kid noticed the veggies were looking weird, by the time i noticed it was rotten broccoli and carrots, it was too late because my kid and i had already ate some, so we had food poison that evening. I was wondering why the owner and his mexican cook was doing this to me and to my kid. I think it is because the owner got mad at the fact that his wife was being extra nice with me? and likes having conversations.
