Taco Bell — Restaurant in Morganton

It seems every single time I go to this fast food restaurant, I either have missing items, or I receive everything I order but half of the food is either missing ingredients or just simply lack the proper amount of ingredients or a combination of both meaning missing items and ingredients.

Not only does this store seem to have a issue with getting orders right and putting the proper amount of ingredients on the food, EVERY time I get hard tacos, they end up being soggy by the time I get home (which is only 2 miles away) or I get soft tacos that are so wet that they stick to the wrapper, if they don’t stick it’s like eating wet bread and meat

I added 3 pictures from my order that I paid 22 dollars for which included 4 soft tacos, 4 Doritos locas tacos and 2 cheesy rolls.

I couldn’t get pictures of all the tacos but the ones I did you you can clearly see that not only do my soft tacos seem to be missing lettuce and cheese but they have a excessive amount of meat. The one that’s unopened is to show the wrapper and how soaking wet it is. The picture does not capture it well but the taco is also soggy to the touch. My husbands Doritos tacos were supposed to be surpremes, but the only surpreme part of the tacos was the rear end where all the sour cream was. My sons cheesy rolls were cold to touch and none of the cheese was melted.

As a former employee, I know how my food should be made, and expect my food to be made properly especially when paying a little...

I walked in 15 minutes after placing my order online and it was not ready in the kiosk. There where about 5 other people in the lobby waiting for their food. No one is at the register or counter so no one to ask about my order. Now more customers are coming in. A young employee walks up and just arriving to work so I was able to ask about my order. She asked in the back and said mine was next in line to be made. At this point more people are coming in to the point that about 20 customers are in the lobby either waiting on food or wanting to place an order, no one siting down eating and still no one working the counter. Customers start asking each other and myself how long it's been since placing our orders with some saying 30 minutes. People are now starting to get irate. My name was finally called, my cravings box placed on the counter, I asked for a bag and the lady ignored me and went back to the back. As I walked out still no employee at the counter or register working. Once I get back to work and start eating the food I just purchased, lets just say that the taste could be compared to what I would imagine a flip flop would taste like. Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for our order. Once we finally got our order, the hard shell tacos were soggy. Specifically stated, NO lettuce numerous times, every soggy hard shell had lettuce of course. Ordered a burrito, NO sour cream and of course had sour cream. Nothing in the order was correct. Some stuff was repeated not to be added numerous times due to a severe food allergy. $26 down the drain. Staff was too busy laughing and joking around or on their phones to listen to anything i was asking for.. staff were unmasked and handling food without gloves. Requested sauces numerous times, wrong sauces. Requested NO ice in drinks, both drinks had ice. Highly disappointed in the long wait in the drive thru with hardly no customers in line. Highly disappointed at the completely messed up order. Will not be spending my hard earned money at this establishment again. I understand this is a fast food restaurant, however, expecting your order to be correct after repeating the order numerous times shouldn't be too much to ask for.
