Add chipotle to the list of places that I’ll never go again. The rude blonde that served me tonight could not have rushed people through the line faster. She was staring at the floor as she asked me what toppings I wanted and when I said, “I’ll take both”. She continued to stare at the floor and said “that was three things” in a very condescending tone. I apologized and said “sorry, I’ll take all three” . I then very clearly stated that I would like guacamole on the side in a cup. She proceeded to take the metal spoon and slam it on top of the food that she had already slopped in the bowl. I told her twice that I asked for it in a cup. She completely ignored me. Proceeded to put the tinfoil lid on it and slide it to the cashier and moved onto the next person. Ordered for six people for in store pick up. My boyfriend’s chicken bowl had SIX pieces of chicken throughout the entire bowl. The two carnitas bowls had TWO chunks of carnitas in each bowl. The two Double Sofritas bowls? Well.. you can guess what those looked like. Took the bowls back and the manager claimed they only put 4 oz of protein in the bowls. Six nickel sized pieces of chicken = 4 oz? The math is not mathing. We asked that the bowls be remade and miraculously this time there was an acceptable “4 oz” portion of protein in each bowl. May 5th 2025 1:00pm No Steak, No Barbacoa meat and very little Carnitas...I know, I was served the last Tablespoon. Only chicken. No sour cream and no lettuce. Employees complaining about they have not hade break and they are already overworked. Still wanted to charge me $11.15 for the burrito.

Shut the doors...Reset...Get it together...Reopen

Update: May 22, 2025- Tried this place again...No Lettuce, No Chicken. Management needs to be fired.
