I pulled into the split drive thru. Once I got to the speaker I was asked my order. Have my order then at there waiting to hear my total and to proceed by never got a response and they allowed 3 cars in the other drive thru lane to go past me. This had happened to me numerous times at this location. They can't across the speaker again where I had to tell them my order again "double cheese burger, small fry, and Coke" I got to the patty window and complained to that person about how they took 3 orders from the other lane after I was supposed to go before them. They didn't seem to care nor apologize. Then the next window to get my food, the employee was steady on his cell phone at the window without a car in the world. I complained to him about how they left me sitting in the drive thru, taking 3 other car orders before they finally took mine. He just looked at another employee who was standing off to the side and smiled. Then I was handed a small bag with only a burger in it. I then told him I still needed my coke. He looked at the receipt and told me, they only charged you for a double cheese burger. I will never go back to this restaurant again. This junk has happened to me so many times here at this location. I'm starting to shop grocery more often these days for the simple fact that these kids and store managers don't give a damn anymore. One more thing, they now serve heat lamp burgers way more often than fresh. It's literally and consistently plain old crap food and crap service. Ā Ā Ā Read moreDrive thru lady was very rude and unprofessional. My kids changed their minds of what they wanted before I even finished telling the drive thru person the order. When I told her she said oh my god seriously I have to redo this whole order. Which the only thing I changed about the order was 1 sandwich had Mac sauce and onions added. She then stated that I need to know what I want to order before approaching the drive thru line, which I normally always do. I was very apologetic because I know how challenging customer service can be at times as Iām a general manager at a fast food establishment. When I got to the window it was a young teenager who proceeded to roll her eyes as she told me the total and then JERKED the money out of my hand. This is not the first time Iāve been to this McDonaldās where they have had a very young teenager working the drive thru line and they have been rude. I think the managers need to do a better job at training their employees, also checking on them frequently to make sure theyāre not being overstimulated by a rush as I know it can get very busy and would assume it gets overwhelming to teenage kids who have never had a job. Maybe try putting older, more experienced employees in those positions and let the kids stock, help pack orders, clean, make drinks until they prove and ask for further responsibilities. I then pulled to 2nd window, and was told they were waiting on chicken to come up, and to pull rp the 3rd window and wait. Waited at the third window for 20 minutes. Finally, after tiring of waiting, I started blowing my horn. No way for me to open the door, as I was at a drive-thru window. Once an attendant finally came to that window they realized I hadn't been given my food, turn around, walk back to the other window, grab your bag, walk back to my window and gave me the food. Acted like absolutely nothing was wrong. I asked what was the problem, and the guy said no problem. No explanation, no apology, no concession. I informed him we had not even been given our drinks, and ask for the manager. Once the manager arrived, I will still not apologize too, no reason given, nothing. He simply said he could give me more food. I didn't need more food, I simply needed what I had ordered and paid for. At this point I still haven't gotten my drinks. The manager finally said he could write my name down and give me free food the next time I came in. I told him that wasn't what I wanted, never mind, and pulled off.
