Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Morganton

We loved the old location!! We don't care at all for the new. Three times now we have purchased pizza at new location. Crust sre too hard to chew. Cooked too much, they put less toppings and cheese on. One visit they totally forgot the sauce on the pizza. Will not be going back. Too expensive for this mess that supposed to be good. The old location was perfect food every time. Updated Went a few times it was excellent. Wonderful pizza Will be back. Great service.*Update again Dec. 2023. We went again.....sauce has changed . It is horrible.. Not sure what happened to sauce but it was very spicy and had an odd flavor. Have y'all changed the sauce? updated again!!! May 2025. I ordered a$50 delivery order. It never came. It had a confirmation number and showed a hold on my bank. I called them and they put me on hold 30 minutes the first time. The second time I was tossed from person to person. Long story short , they lost my order. They say a online glitch. Well that was a 3 hour waste of my time. Not understanding how I had a confirmation number for my order. I asked the person if she wanted my number. She said that would not do any good to look that up. Well!!!! My favorite restaurant used to be Pizza Hut not this location definitely Guess I'll try the valdese...

It was 5:20pm on Sunday Dec 3rd 2023 when myself and my wife stopped into eat, and there was one table with only 3 people eating. So it wasn't busy inside. The salad bar was almost completely empty. The cheese and tomato containers WERE completely empty. The teenage waitress Raylee was walking around with earpods in her ear like she could care less what was going on. She was more interested in her phone. Our pizza came out and it wasn't cut all the way. We had to take it back to the counter ourselves to ask for it to be cut right. She also didn't serve the 1st slice (which was policy at one time). When my wife went to pay she asked if the Manager was there and "Raylee" said he was delivering pizzas. So what happens if an employee has an accident?? Our whole experience here was horrible.

Prior to yesterday i had mostly good experiences from this pizza hut location which i or a er from often. NOT ANYMORE. Ordered carry out, arrived, went through the drive thru. The girl asked me to pull up my food wasn't quite ready despite the pizza hut website saying it was ready. No problem. Fifteen minutes later several customer's have went through the drive thru and I still have not received my food. I go into the store retrieve my food. Guess what order is wrong. So I ask them to fix it, not once did they say sorry or attempt to apologize for making me wait, or for messing my food up. By the time they did fix it my food was cold. Worst pizza hut experience ever. Will not go back unless there are staff changes or something because some of the current employees working there are clearly ignorant and unfortunately for me that's who worked...
