If I could score lower, I would. On 11/8 we ordered a sandwich, a frappe, and a large McRib meal at the drive thru. Got to the pick up window and no drink there for the Mcrib meal. First the employee said we never ordered a meal, we must be mistaken. Then after showing our receipt, she said the frappe was the drink and that the cash register saw that there was already a drink ordered so just put the frappe with the mcrib meal. At this time a woman (short, chunky, middle aged, short hair, and glasses) stepped up that appeared to be a manger or someone in charge and in an obnoxious tone said this is how the cash registers work, and she didn't know why we didn't understand that, and that it's our job to tell the cashier when ordering to make sure the cash register doesn't exclude your value meal drink if we order another drink. ????? No one yelled or made a scene, we just said we didn't get everything we ordered and we have the meal on the receipt, but her manner as we drove off as she yelled out the drive thru window "It's not that hard to understand!" Would suggest otherwise. This was an over escalated response to the simple fix of just saying sorry, we can add a drink on now, without going through a overly detailed explanation of how McDonald's cash registers work and that as a customer, I should be prepared to micro manage my order because the employees are incapable of asking if I want a drink with the value meal or if it's ok to let the frappe we already ordered be the drink. I didn't realize there were so many rules to ordering at McDonald's now. If everything at McDonald's is my job to know, then I just as well come in and fix my own food if I plan to eat there ever again. Read moreOn Sunday; July 8, 2018, at 4:pm, I waited THIRTY FIVE MINUTES in line at the drive thru for one mocha frappucino. When I got to the first window, no one was there to take my money. When the line moved ahead, I drove to the second window where I saw employees inside dancing around and playing, and not doing their job. I screamed loud enough for them to hear. One of them turned way and ignored me. Another looked and I waved money to her, and she waved back. Then when she came to the window, I said; "I've been waiting half an hour on a cup of coffee", and she turned and walked away. I arrived thirty minutes late at my destination, without my coffee, and I phoned back to the store. The girl who answered, said her name was "Jodey", and when I began to tell her what happened, she said; "I wasn't here twenty minutes ago". She was extremely rude and refused to give me her managers name, other than "Bobby". Said that the store was "not franchised", which it certainly is. When I filed a complaint with MacDonalds corporation, they forwarded the message to the franchise owner, who wrote a very patronizing "have a nice day" letter, saying they would like to investigate how this possibly could have happened. In other words; THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! On two previous occasions I have driven up to this same drive thru and had to shout into the ordering microphone, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED! When I drove around, they were inside, and the store was opened, they were just ignoring me. Other friends have had this same experience. After enjoying Big Mac's for over sixty years, I will never set foot in another MacDonalds, for one simple reason: They don't care! Read moreAt 7:50pm on Monday Feb. 6 2023 me and my fiance walk in to this location and stood thier for 5 mins while while 3 employees look at us and took are order after 5 minutes seen the girl that is pushing the drive-through orders scratch your head was digging at her bra got her bra and scratch the inside of your ear without washing her hands and then when I asked the boy that was taking our order if they were letting her touch food he just looked at me confused and didn't say anything while I stood there and watched to make sure that this woman wasn't touching my food and continue to touch people's food in the drive-through the boy that took our order we said we wanted fresh fries so he some down but then when they come up he put his hand down in the French-fried thing and started to eat the french fries I believe the manager is in drive-thru handing out orders but no one ever said anything to us about why the young lady was still serving food through the drive-thru and did not wash her hands this place has absolutely disgusting there was a heavyset boy with glasses that took our order can't give you his name cuz had no name tag on the woman that was pushing the drive-thru orders was in a pink coat and looks like she had just gotten her hair shaved off I believe that's why she was scratching her head and then a young skinny boy with glasses but they were all eating for fries drinking milkshakes and while we were there waiting on our food something should be done about this but I doubt that there will be but you guys need to make your employees...
