Papa Allen’s Pizza — Restaurant in Morgantown

I was here around 4:15 today.(10/24/18) Ordered a chicken gyrotook ten minutes to get, which was very reasonable. I got home fairly soon after and it was still hot, i was stoked to eat this since i haven't had a gyro in quite a while. I opened it up and it looked pretty darn good, nice red tomatoes, fresh red onion, fresh lettuce. I put on the cucumber sauce(not tzatziki sauce), it was basicall chunks of cucumber in sour cream. No big deal. It wasnt advertised as tzatziki sauce and i didnt expect it to be like it. However my first bite into my meal was the worst experience i ever had. The chicken was so old and dried out it had that yellowy look and was so hard i couldnt even get a plastic fork into it. Utterly inedible. Whoever the manager was, needs to start managing and paying attention, especially to the food quality. And whoever owns this establishment needs to reevaluate their management team. This establishment has a great menu selection but the follow through is absolutely lacking. I ordered delivery via calling in. The entire order was wrong. I ordered Spicy Breaded Wings and got wings with fire hot sauce (which are two very different items on their menu). I called and the employee who answered was very helpful and said I could call back the next day and they would send my order to me and apologized. Called back today and some foreign “supervisor” told me that he wasn’t giving me anything accused me of being a friend of the employee who offered to replace the order (which I have no idea who the kid is) then told me there’s “no bigger boss” than him and joked about the other employee saying “whoever that is” I said “you don’t know the employee?” He laughed and said “yeah yeah I do” ... and told me I was out of luck. DO NOT ORDER DROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT NASTY FOOD AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered their Nasty steak and cheese hoagie, along with their nasty "bacon" cheeseburger( it's not bacon it's bacon bits). After we had a bite we did not like the food, we called and see if we could swap it out for something different, the guy on the phone told us he was going to ask his manager if they use bacon or bacon bits, then when we proceeded to ask to speak to the manager he said "my manager is out on delivery" and kept making excuses then hung up on us. We ordered through grub hub and the young lady gave us some free grub hub we will never order from here again! I think everyone should just boycott this restaurant.
