Eureka Cafe — Restaurant in Morgantown

I love Eureka Cafe so much I am moving to the neighborhood! That’s not the real reason I am moving but it sure helped to sell me on the new place! I am one of those folks who craves local. Local restaurants, cafes, retail, books. I want the money I work hard to earn to stay as close to my community as possible. This place is a true gem. One of my most favorite things is their cold case. They offer pre-made dishes filled with grains I’ve never heard of but they say are nutritious, veggies, sweet potato, & house made salad dressings. I can also get the fancy sodas I love, and raw juices when I feel like it. One day I’ll come in & sit down for a meal, but for now this is the perfect place for me to run to to grab a quick, delicious & healthy lunch when I’m working from home. May they open on...

This place is awesome! The food is very healthy and the best part is.... they have gluten free options! I got to enjoy the pumpkin pecan bar hot drip coffee and a delicious butter pumpkin cake. I'm a sucker for all the fall flavors. If you are visiting the area or live in the area and haven't been yet, please check this place out! You won't be disappointed. Something has happened to Eureka Cafe. It had amazing food and a great staff in the past, and the food was extraordinary. The quality was exceptional. That is no longer the case. In the past, they had amazing pastries in the case, and on the occasion that I was there recently they did not have a good selection, and what was there was stale. The mushroom bisque was inedible as it was far too salty, and they were using a prepackaged powdered drink mix for the drink special. This was supposed to be a healthy, whole foods restaurant....
